My roommate purchased Molly Maid bi-weekly a few weeks ago. I've been impressed by every deep clean, but today prompted me to write this review. Back on Sunday, the hinge on a Kitchen Cabinet separated into two. I haven't had time to fix it as of yet. However, the attending employees at Molly Maid today repaired with. Unprompted, professional, and done without seeking praise. They are in the business of improving their clients daily quality of life. Thank you to whomever had done it. It was a wonderful surprise this evening I was not expecting. And I apologize for leaving the cabinet in that state!

I have been working from home for the last 3 years. Melissa and team do a fantastic job in keeping my home office in tip-top shape. Covid hit and I had to do without for a few months. All I can say is that I am glad to have her back.

I was so excited to hear the good news from Ottawa, "safely" returning back to work for housekeepers. Molly Maid has always been a cut above when it came to safe practices. Even before Covid 119, My team changed their shoes when they entered, wore gloves, used eco friendly solutions and every caution was taken. Now these conditions have been ramped up. Lesa Owner/Operator was on the task force implementing new safeguards; masks, social distancing, and disinfecting cleaning equipment. I work at home, or live at work, and I have missed having my team visiting weekly. They returned on Tuesday; and I asked for an additional hour; because I knew it would take at least that long to whip this house back into pre covid 19 shape. It feels so good to get up in the morning and walk around a house which is spotless, sanitized, clean smelling and yes sparkly. I can keep up with the little things like tidying once the big stuff is done professionally. Staying at home staying safe has been made much more pleasant now that Molly Maid has safely returned back to work. Thank You Lesa and your team. Gerry.

I first contacted Molly Maid in February of 2020 - they came for the first time in March - and then had to postpone all cleaning services due to COVID-19 When they called to set up their come back appointment for June I knew my family was in good - safe - clean hands! We have monthly services from this hardworking crew and they HAVE NOT DISAPPOINTED! They put more than hard work and “spit” shine - they also put care into cleaning the homes they services The cost is nothing when it comes to peace of mind and free time from cleaning to use for more time with family - fun and any other work that needs to be done Thanks for the awesome service - we look forward to our continuing relationship with Molly Maid! :)

I had a moving clean from Molly Maid, although it was not what I was expecting. the staff member sent did do a great job, but missed a few things we had asked for. At first this was very distressing, as deadlines we're approaching fast, however; after further reflection, I feel that Lisa has done absolutely everything she can/could do for me. (And has gone beyond what was necessary) Although I had given a bad review previously, today's conversation with Lisa helped me to realize that I didn't have all the information I needed. I'm truely sorry, for the emotional review I posted. Thanks again Lisa for following up so much and taking the time to speak with me today. Compensation for the missed cleaning was MORE than fair, and in my opinion very generous. Much appreciated!

Very unprofessional, called with a complaint and asked if there was some sort of miscommunication on my expectations. Was told a list a kilometer long of.things I apparently asked for including moving furniture which is a complete lie. When I told the lady I never asked for that to be done her response was "shes been doing this job for 3 years" the list I asked for was not completed unfortunately. I was told that this team never gets complaints, and I'm sure that's true as the things they did were well done however, that doesn't change the fact that my list wasnt completed.

The 1st clean the girls do after we open up camp is so awesome, everything thing is cleaned so through which is a great way to start the season! I too had an awful experience with the owner/manager. Very patronising and condescending. She blamed her awful attitude on having a busy day and her 'time of life'. How unprofessional. The cleaning wasn't great either. I ended up cleaning the two houses myself.

They are very diligent about safeness sitting this time of the covid 19 outbreak Their concern for the health and welfare of everyone in this home is above reproach Even in this time of trials I would recommend the service as they follow all protocols and Safety issues and keep us safe.
