Alan was prompt (actually early), friendly and very professional. He did a spotless job and he was well organized. He cleaned up everything afterwards. I have had him come out several times and once to do the inside windows as well. Alan was a good find. I would recommend him to anyone. Job well done.

Alan has been washing my windows for at least 4 years. Initially it was with a brush and solution, but now it's with the new Touchless system. Can it get any cleaner? The windows are spotless. No streaking. Drys quickly. He cleans the screens, and around the window ledges. Excellent service. He's pleasant and honest to deal with. Can't ask for more. And, he works in the winter!

Allen showed up and started to work, but when the gardeners showed up to plant 10 plants, he packed up and left. I have never seen this action before. He could have worked inside while they did the planting, or in the front of the house where nobody was working.
