I was hired back in September and started working with them in two week training which I found was great and I thought I was doing a good job with the training, the people I was with were great to work with and learn from.....but after my two week training was up I never got any phone calls from them to come in and work with them at all. I find them to be very rude and mean to leave me in the dark and just send me my T4 slip a few months after they let me go with out a reason why!!!! And after to find out that they are STILL LOOKING FOR PEOPLE TO WORK WITH THEM!!!! People aren't born to clean perfectly!! And it's not right to just get rid of people after two weeks training

I am delighted with the service I received from Molly Maid! Their attention to detail was excellent, and they left my home looking and smelling fresh and clean. I will definitely be calling them back! I'd recommend Molly Maid to anyone who wants a well-done, professional cleaning service. They did a good job cleaning but lost or threw out a pair of shoes that were quite expensive an important to me. And told me I should look through all the trash bags for them. I won't use their service again.

I didn't book with them, but on phone experience was great. They were knowledgeable and very understanding to my situation. I recommend them, give them a call and find out for yourself.

Our first contact with their office was lovely. They really understood how stressful moving is. Laura was patient and calmed me down. Did I mention moving is stressful? We were beyond thrilled to have Denise and Crystal provide us with much needed help. We needed to clean our home for pictures to sell our home. They came in and made us want to stay. Our home has never been so clean!! Their attention to detail was amazing. We appreciated their experience and input to ensure what needed to be cleaned, was cleaned. Don't worry ladies, we will call when our home is empty. Because why would we clean it ourselves when you would do a much- MUCH better job. Thank you Molly Maid. Have you called them yet?

Ok for a surface clean, but very expensive for only that. My floors looked like they hadn't been done at all after they dried... possible they were just done with water and no cleaner.

Setting up the clean was easy, staff responded quickly to my request. The 2 young ladies who did the initial clean were awesome! Very respectful, careful of my belongings and did a noticeably great job. I have booked them for the summer to help me get back on track. Thank you Debra and Laura! ????????

Honestly I have spoken to 2 corporate people about my issue and the franchise owner in Niagara and have gotten nothing but the finger pointed at me ... I was also promised a phone call back and still nothing for the 4th time. My service was terrible the lady’s were horrible and rude and made remarks about my house taking away from there time off , they also didn’t clean a thing that was requested and took my nice guy attitude for granted. I’m a first responder and have done nothing but work for my pregnant wife and family and moving in to a new clean home was her dream .... well guess what ....molly maid was nothing but a waist of money and a waist of time. I will never use you guys again and to be honest with not even an offer of money back I will continue to advise anyone and everyone of the poor quality work, lack of customer service, broken promises and inability to comprehend the fact that the customer usually has a valid point. Especially someone from a professional point of view.
