If you know me, you know I’m going room to room. They will be back in 4 weeks and I’ll give a detailed account. So far I’m pleased.

My wife and I used this service, as we had recently had a new born and needed help putting the house back together. Since the pandemic we are extremely weary of people coming into our space. That being said, they were the ultimate professionals. We felt very safe. Everything looks amazing. This is the 1st time in my life that I did not want to pay someone, but we did and that I am leaving a poor review. We asked for a detailed cleaning of floors, windows, molding etc in our completely empty, and new home. Nothing was clean when they left, and I know it sounds unreal but some stuff was literally actually dirtier! Cleaners used dirty mops and mop water leaving new debri and hair possibly from other jobs behind. Stuff smelled like dirty mop water after they left. Things was quickly wiped in SOME spots but so much dust was left behind I could literally write in it with my finger. My painter pointed out they took out some of his paint job when they wiped the baseboard in my bedroom. I had asked cleaners to not wipe the walls in there. Asked cleaners to be avoid hardwood floors. I even laid down TWO brand new door large door mats for them. They still spilled water AROUND IT and put wet buckets on the floors. My rugs were covered in debris including rug shavings from other parts of the house. Giant streaks on glass, some glass was skipped. One was covered in bleach but never wiped. Empty kitchen cabinets had old food crumbs in them which I found the following day. Even the supervisor who was sent out was in awe at the lack of and quality of work, plus the time spent, and even asked why brown mop water was being used to RECLEAN the unsatisfactory work. The owner made her put me on the phone and then after question me even after her supervisor confirmed what was happening, she hung up on me, and then claimed it was an accident when showed up to try to fix the issue We asked them to leave after totaling 3 even 4 tries in some rooms. They had arrived at 920 for 10AM appointment and left around 530!! The owner keeps saying I had to leave and yes after that many hours, I did! Also, who would honestly have let them stay at this point. Supervisor was awesome and agreed with us. Owner did offer to come out and try again the next day to make it right but we obviously said no to a 2nd day after they tried 4 tries the 1st day. The owner was willing to adjust the bill as the service was not properly delivered. We settled on 175 as she insisted she needed to pay her employees ...not our job, but after she left we were even more disgusted as we found things. We asked for additional 75 back and got it which I appreciated, but I sincerely have no idea what we paid 100 bucks for at the end. I later requested a full refund after confirming my tile was scratched but was denied. Sincerely, we re-cleaned everything PLUS more, and no clue how to fix our tile. Owner said 100 was for product and my baseboards. Baseboards were wiping off with black on the paper towels when we re-cleaned the next day, blinds too, hair on everything. Not sure what products were used besides some bleach and dirty mops. Feels like we donated 100 bucks to them, lost time and gained work. Every person plus another cleaner that came to help following night was in awe, disgusted, and upset for us. I could go on but you probably get the point. The owner did say this has never happened before but since it did, I think we should not have had to pay for something we did not get . Additionally, my friends and family commented on my facebook review and the owner argued with them calling them minions, and privately text me about it calling them followers - just very rude and unprofessional! I do not recommend.

They were great at responding to answering the phone, being able to fit me in, calling ahead when running a touch behind, and sending reminders about our upcoming appointment. The cleaning was fine. But there were things on the counter that they didn't bother to move to clean under. The glass stove top was missed, as well as the inside of the oven. I was turning over an apartment and practically ever single light was left on. I found one of their checklists laying around. And they forgot to vacuum the stairs that we asked them to. But most of the cleaning was fine. I just wish when i checked on it a couple days later, that i didn't have to wipe down the range and the counter.

We hired Brite White to do an end of the year deep clean on our recording studio. We couldn't be happier with the end result - our hardwood floors are shining, old rugs and carpets look brand new, and the whole building feels fresh and clean. The crew did exactly what we asked. They were very respectful and careful of the specialized recording gear in our facility. We loved the owner's grandma - she was funny to talk to, but man she runs a tight ship with her crew. They take pride in their work. We would definitely highly recommend Brite White! Thanks!

Sent me a text 30 minutes before arrival. 3. Arrived 20 minutes early 4. Trashed out and cleaned up my basement. 5. Cleaned and Mopped the traffic area out of the home too! TL;DR: -Empty House left dirtier after cleaning -Dirty mop and water used on all floors -Molding and blinds were left with caked on dust, -Ignored all instructions about how to be careful on wood floors(w/water) -Mop water spilled down disconnected sink in basement, water fell to floor, was not informed or questioned about sink, dirty water left to pool on the floor -As a guy, house was even too dirty for me -BWC did offer to return and correct their mistakes, however some rooms were already re cleaned up to 4 times and no improvements were seen - so it was pointless to have them come another day and waste more time -Partial refund was given, but an entire day was lost, money was lost, and a different cleaning crew needed to be called in -May have been a bad day for BWC and they may do well usually, but based on personal experience, cannot recommend After moving into our new house, and performing a lot of internal upgrades, we felt it would be nice to take a break and let someone else do the heavy lifting for a change. We decided to hire Bright White Cleaners to help us relax and clean, but what we received was anything but relaxation. The house was completely empty aside from the walls and a floor, so we felt it would be an easy place to deep clean. They showed up 30 minutes early, which was a good sign, but it was all down hill from there. Every time we checked a room they "finished" there was debris all over the floor, built up dust/dirt on our molding, and dust/dirt on our blinds. They were also informed,repeatedly, throughout the day that they cannot put wet mops on our finished floors, but mop buckets plopped down were leaving drips everywhere and even the mops themselves were placed directly on the wood floor with no care and no rush to correct the spills or mop placement. The mops they used were filthy and they were never in a rush to change the mop water to ensure a true "deep clean". At one point the supervisor even told them to change the mop water before starting a new room, and the worker still did not want to. At one point, they emptied their water bucket into a disconnected utility sink in our basement. Water poured out of the sink and onto the floor, left to pool while giving a fairly clean basement a gritty sand feel due to the filthy water on the floor. We had a second cleaner come to our house the next day, and rag after rag we were seeing how disgusting the "finished" rooms were left, seeing how much was coming off with a simple swipe. I am a guy, and not a super clean guy, but i was left with a disgusting feeling after they left since an empty house was somehow dirtier after they cleaned. We were given a partial refund, but so much time was already wasted on allowing them the full day to "clean" and "re clean" rooms that even if we got a full refund this experience would have been a huge loss for us. We called in a cleaning crew to help us save some time by spending money - but we wound up spending both time and money only to receive the privilege of wasting more time and money down the line on another cleaning crew. Devil's Advocate - It may have been an off day for them and we were a one off customer who was not happy with their service, but i honestly cannot recommend them based on my experience.

Brite White Cleaning recently deep cleaned an empty rental unit of mine and also cleaned carpets. I was amazed at the level of detail they went into. Tops of door jams, baseboards, trim around windows, light fixtures, all cleaned. Even the greasy hood above the stove was left spotless.
