Honestly, Just Let Down: No Call, No Show by Owner
This review is a reflection of my experiences so far and I am willing to change it if there is somehow a misunderstanding.

Called the gentleman last Sunday (7/18/21) to schedule a consultation/quote of the rooms I'd like cleaned. He came over on Monday (7/19/21) (original appointment was scheduled for 10AM but he had to push it back so we met at 12).
The gentleman seemed really endearing and professional, noted he could clean our home at an affordable price and we offered to pay more because it seemed too good to be true.
At his prompting we set the schedule for Saturday 7/24/21 at 11AM, spent the week cleaning and preparing the house for his deep clean and got our new tenants excited for the prospect of a clean home sooner than we had thought. We discussed payment terms and he confirmed he could accept electronic payment if I text him my email to the same number we had been using, (he'd email me the invoice).
Saturday (7/24/21) the time for the service comes and goes. We call, send a text asking if he'd still be able to do the service and no response.
I'm sure he does a wonderful job, but I'm beyond dissapointed that we couldn't even get a courtesy call to reschedule or cancel. Even if there was an emergency, or a change of plans we would have been happy to reschedule. So for interested clients looking for a service, just know you run the risk of a no call, no show.
