Maid to Sparkle comes every 2nd week to give us a two hour clean. My wife and I both work, and while we are very money conscious, this service is well worth it for us. It's like a house reset every two weeks, and then we just have to try to keep it clean in between visits lol. Maid to Sparkle are very friendly, and excellent to deal with. I've never had an issue with communication, they are very quick to respond, and always give me a heads up on the rare times they may be late or my appointment needs to change for any reason. I have also left money and other valuables lying around without worry. My trust level is 10/10. Our house always looks top notch after a visit, and with 3 cats, I'm sure this can can be a challenge, but the place really does sparkle.

I've got chronic back issues and initially hired Maid to Sparkle to come every couple weeks out of necessity, but I quickly made friends with Kayleigh and I kept her coming back even after my back was decent enough for me to clean on my own because she's just pleasant to have around. Sadly I am waitlisted these days because she's booked solid, but that's just how good she is.

Initially we hired Maid to Sparkle here and there for a regular clean. We realized however that we could benefit from M to S coming on a regular basis, and for over a year they have provided their cleaning services for 2 hour cleans, every 2 weeks. Most recently we took advantage of a deep clean - all those little things that we had overlooked/ignored, they took care of. Thorough is an understatement. We've always had good communication with the team. Any issues we had - from us having to cancel last minute due to sick kids or Covid concerns (impossible to take a family of 4 plus our dog out of the house for 2 hours) were handled without issue. The option to rebook (and we know they juggled to make it happen) on these occasions was always welcomed and appreciated by us. Needless to say trust is there, we've been both present and not present for many cleans. They treat our house as if it is their own, another thing we're grateful for. We highly recommend the M to S team, our house is positively cleaner for having used their services.
