I had Two jobs done by D & S Vaccum Service. First time was a few ago, they came and dug up an aging septic tank and replaced it with a new concrete tank. Their work at that time was impressive, got the job completed in no time, was courteous, friendly, explained all the details and time it would take to do the job. They were spot on and had us up and running quickly for such a major job. Moving forward to today ( approx ten years later), I decided to get the septic pumped. I got in touch with D&S and sure enough, he remembered me right away and told me in detail how he had replaced my old tank some ten years ago. I was so impressed that he had remember because I didn’t. Immediately I requested that he come and do the job for me. He informed me that he would be here the next day. Sure enough he was here at the time that he told me and within an hour he had my tank uncovered and pumped. Very impressive workmanship, with that friendly attitude. I would highly recommend D & S to anyone needing septic tanks replaced or pumped. You will get exceptional service. Thank you again D&S Mark Walters
