Amazing service! We use this company for all of our cleaning needs now. They also did some painting for us and the work is excellent!!!

Had come in to clean the carpet at my place, the areas that they did turned out decent but there had been one or two spots that I had specifically asked to be done that were not touched. My cats had used one of those areas as recently as the night before they were supposed to come in. They had been about sn hour and a half late showing up as they said there had been a scheduling mix up which I was ok with but they had not told me they had not gotten that one specific spot until I had called them and said that it still smells strongly of urine in that area, to which I was told they couldn't reach it. The cleaners themselves were friendly enough. They didn't do as much as I thought they were going to do but had been content enough to not tell me about the spots they had not done. They gave me a break in price which I was thankful for, although it was only after I paid and they left that I had noticed the missed spots and still strong smell in that one area. Overall would not recommend even with not being charged full price, it would have been nice to know that they didn't get all the places I had asked to be done before I had paid.

I have to say after cleaning my business and coming two times to get the job done. The person that came back to finish was very rude. Would not recommend. This is a honest review and customer service was not where it needs to be. Very disappointing. I hate giving bad reviews but this is in the hopes the service improves.
