As an owner in a 3 story, 10 unit strata, we have used Phillips to clean our roof top vents every fall. Located next to a lush park, we get lots of leaves, twigs, bits of bird debris etc. We have gas dryers, definitely a safety precaution worth taking! Thanks for the fast, professional service.

Very unreliable. Booked an appointment 6 weeks in advance only to receive call the day were suppose to arrive saying they did not have enough labor to work that day. Was suppose to get a call back to book an alternative date but they never called either! Go some where else to get your ducts cleaned!
