We've used Luxcor Cleaning Services at both our Langford and Uptown Victoria Kids & Company for cleaning as well as waxing services. We have been happy with the quality of work as well as work ethics of this company. Walter, the owner and manager is easy to talk with, meticulous in his work and keeps his standards are high. It is hard to find reliable cleaners in the city and the work is usually done unsupervised. We have always had good results and continually asked if there are any concerns or suggestions for improvement. We will continue to use Luxcor as long as they are available.

Hired the team at Luxcor after reading the reviews, all I can say is that they are the best at what they do. They go above and beyond, their services are top notch, and are very proffesional. I had a previous cleaning company providing cleaning services for us but the other cleaning company would often miss areas, I did not tell Luxcor what those areas were and wanted to inspect after the first trial job I hired them for, to my surprise not only did they clean what the other company missed but also pointed out areas that I did not expect. Walter and the team are awesome! Highly recommended, they now clean all of our commercial units.

They do their first and second clean like a big production and then only send one maybe two people after that. One of the girls had to leave mid clean and they didn't even send someone to finish it. They also broke our vegetable crisper in our fridge and didn't even mention it. Will never use them again. To respond to your comments. ... I also have asthma and have 0 issues in my house..... Also I'm pregnant so it's a non smoking house so nice try! I've herd from many many people say your service is extremely bad and I only wish I did my research before hand. Thanks for breaking the vegetable crisper!
