Lemon tree came as a recommendation from a friend, I called and they were able to meet me the same day after hours for a quote. They were able to squeeze me in that week to clean a home we had just taken possession of. They were professional, on time and did a good job.

Very disappointed with the cleaning services as well with the let go of services. I was only given 5 days notice to find another cleaner and felt not cared for as a client. I was getting weekly cleaning for two months as im in need and just let go with no notice or support .

Agreed to have 2 cleaners for 4 hours for a move in clean, we even rescheduled due to a sick employee to keep this arrangement. Day of clean: only 1 employee arrived, who left after 30 mins sick, and house unlocked for 1.5 hours without a call or text. Replacement cleaner came and spent 3 hours on a small kitchen, not including removing appliances. No other cleaning completed....Called to get info on changes, was told 2 more employees would be coming 2 hours later to finish. Cancelled the later 2, as we were unhappy with the clean, unlocked home, and lack of communication.

Have tried various cleaners in Nanaimo with lemon tree being great and working around my wife and I's schedule. Cleaners do a deep clean and usually spend a reasonable amount of time when cleaning. Very professional. No issues with doors ever being left unlocked.

The team of two took initiative after noting my concerns, everything was cleaned top to botton including things I hadn't thought of. They were punctual and efficient. When the job was done faster than I had anticipated they didn't make extra work. I was very impressed with their professionalism and thought it was excellent value.
