Hired for a move-out clean, several aspects of the clean were missed and then charged by the landlord as being incomplete or insufficient.. such as oven/stove not sufficiently cleaned, kitchen cupboards missed, and stove backsplash. When we politely contacted the company owner we were refused any reprieve or refund, despite giving a list with dollar amounts charged by landlord for tasks that would need to be redone but other cleaners. Charged for 5 hours in a one bedroom, uncarpeted, suite with no Venetian or fan blinds.

Such a disappointing experience. I only needed a standard clean and what I got was a substandard clean. So many things missed and what was done was done poorly. I would never recommend this cleaning service. Terrible job... After letting ownership know of my disappointment all I was offered was that there was a * misunderstanding* Never again!!!

I have been using KK Cleaning for about 4 years now. When I first met them, my cleaners at the time had canceled on me. Having a rental unit that needed cleaning asap, I found KK Cleaning. After sending them a panicked email, they responded almost immediately. I have never looked elsewhere since. House wasn’t cleaned very well. Lots of stuff missed. Kitchen stove wasn’t cleaned or sink. Said our sons room had been cleaned was dog hair everywhere and bed wasn’t made. Cleaner wasn’t wearing a mask or gloves. Would not recommend.

Kleio came to our home to provide a quote for a huge moving clean up job. Her rates were reasonable and her staff provided an exceptional job. They were friendly, professional and worked extremely hard with zero complaints. I have employed K&K cleaning and they by far the best choice for household cleaning in Victoria. They are professional, punctual, and great communicators.
