Mattias and his crew cleaned and maintained our home while we had it for sale and it had never looked, nor smelled, so clean. It positively sparkled and I am sure that, alone, had much to do with our home selling. We also used his services to do the final clean before the new owners moved in (most impressed, by the way) and since arriving back in Victoria, we feel compelled to have Mattais come out and give our Airstream trailer a buff and shine on the inside so it glows as nicely as the outside. The professionalism and skill with which he and his people work is a pleasure to see and I would recommend his services to anyone.

Balance Home Cleaning is extraordinary. They offer a top shelf cleaning service for your home. They arrived for my initial deep clean for my house in a team of five or six I believe it was, all neatly dressed in black. They brought more equipment than I have ever seen in one go- my large entry hall was filled. Within minutes they had all dispersed and were up ladders, in cupboards and on counters-- as if they all knew exactly where to go and what to do, even though it was their first time in the house. The house was immaculate at the end of the day- and I mean immaculate. incredible organization and training. They are pricey (granted I do have a big house) but if you have the funds, totally worth it. The best cleaning service I have seen, by far.

Due to a bad dust allergy, I've tried many cleaning services over the years, and found myself disappointed by all of them (Until now!). Since cleaning services tend to rotate through employees and a different one comes each time, I found myself frustrated with how unpredictable it was. Beware of working with this company if you have children. They judge and criticize and are full of excuses. I initially hired balance home cleaning for a deep clean of my family home. We have had cleaners for years and our regular cleaner recently shut her business down because of Covid. My initial impression was very positive and we were quite happy with our deep clean. It should be noted this company is extremely expensive, $1000+ dollars for a deep clean of a 2200 sq ft home. Things took a turn when we had our first regular clean (4 weeks after our initial clean). In the past we have had one cleaner for 6 hours and she was able to do our entire house to our standards. Balance home cleaning came for the quoted time and had two employees spend 3 hours just in the kitchen! They texted me after 3.5 hours to let me know they had not yet done the downstairs at all and I was shocked. I asked them to just do the remaining bathroom and finish up as they were already in for over $500 for a regular clean. I paid the invoice and the next day got a call from Lindsay. She proceed to tell me my house was disgusting and messy and it was not her teams fault that the kitchen took 3 hours. Our house was very tidy and yes had finger prints and regular dirt from a family of 4 with two kids under the age of 4. We hire cleaners to clean not judge and insult. I was willing to pay for a job well done but this company is full of excuses and justifications for a job not completed. The level of professionalism is non existent here.
