Showed up on time and the technician was professional and very personable. The job was done luckily split, much faster than I could have imagined. The entire experience from initial contact for a quote was beyond compare. First class professionalism that was superior to the other two competitors quotes. Not the cheapest, but the difference was within $200 of both the others. Really less if one takes into consideration Armor Grades 5 year warranty. The others only offer a 2 year warranty. The moss removal takes time to work as it is chemical in nature compared to hand brushing that seems to be the norm. Moss dies and turns to dust so it will not clog the gutters and gets deep down killing roots/spores. The wind and rain completes the job of moss removal. Highly recommended to all homeowners on Vancouver Island. Thanks guys!

Just had some rain and the leaks are not there anymore, trust them they know how to fix your leaks. Last winter we had ice damping and the water dripped over our walkway and froze over so we had a safety hazard area. Issue looks fixed we will see how it holds up this winter but overall we are please with the service!

all my leaks have been repaired and they installed the leaf guards for me! They showed me the guards and answered all my questions. I live in a tree heavy area in Langford and was skeptical but so far everything is working great with the leaf guards!

At first I was pleased with the gutter cleaning and spraying of moss removal in 4 or 5 areas of the roof. Then I got the bill. The amount for gutter cleaning was as quoted, but the moss removal was not quoted and it seemed to me that they were charging way more than it was worth. Add to that them missing one whole side of the roof, well not good. So get a written quote from these people BEFORE they do any work. One other thing, and this is my fault, but it shows a lack of conscience and business ethics on their part. I issued a cheque in the amount of the invoice, but I mistakenly wrote the cheque on our US $ bank account. Pureways maintained that they were just paid the face amount of the cheque in Canadian funds, but in fact they were paid in American funds, so they got a bonus of about $135. I pointed this out and they ignored me. So caveat emptor with this firm.
