I would also to start with the appreciation, I have for the humane way this business operates and the family like environment it gives off. My team and I, had started this business not knowing how it worked or what the basics were. We were guided every step of the way, by Stephen and Sarah, during our adaptation period and they were available for us, whenever we needed guidance or we were faced with a new task. My team are all filled with mostly intellectuals, who were previously in other fields and that lacked experience in this field, however we were able to demonstrate or readiness to learn and how quick we are to learn, as well. We are a small electrical and communications contractor. Stratus contacted our office by phone and, out of curiosity, we scheduled a walk thru estimate. We were surprised and impressed with their quote. In the past we had gotten quotes from other cleaning companies that were much higher and not hired any. Our office is connected to a dusty warehouse, and for years the regular staff at our office struggled in vain to keep the place clean and dust free. My experience with Stratus Building Solutions was very pleasant and low stress. All I have to do to prepare for them is tidy and move any large objects I want moved before and after their cleaning visit. So far, they have come only once, for the first clean up to get the place to standards. Wow. So happy to come into work the next morning and the office is so markedly clean, there was no dust, anywhere! Payment was easy and online. I liked having the binder to communicate with Saravana.
