We have been using there services for years and has always been great. They have recently been sending there "newbie crew" Deeja, Cadence, and Chloe, and even with new people the service has not fallen in quality at all. Would highly recommend anytime you need a one off, or regular cleaning service, no matter who gets sent.

Hired these guys after hearing their radio advertisement. Called and booked an appointment with a lady who was very helpful and pleasant. They came and cleaned up the yard from the previous owners dog poop and racked my front and back yard at an amazing price. I’m beyond happy with the results.

Unfortunately I'm disappointed. I got a move in clean before moving into my home. No furniture was in the house. Some things were done well, such as the blinds they did clean were clean, however they missed a whole blind. The front of the toilets were clean but the backs had a thick layer of dust. They said they washed the upstairs floors but when I went over it with a cloth I picked up dirt and hair on the floor. One tub was not cleaned at all as evidence by leftover shower soap in spots around the tub. The kitchen cupboards were nice and clean but the cupboards in the bathroom had not been wiped down. I could go on but I think the worst thing is I called and left a message stating I had concerns and no one called me back. I wrote them an automated review after payment expressing these concerns and no one wrote me back.

Three years and counting. They know us and our eccentric needs and requests. Raquel came in and got us started and keeps us running. The first few cleans were disaster relie, now we have a well oiled machine. The gals are great and Raquel is a blasted hoot. Down to earth, honest, and realistic. I cannot recommend them enough. Fabulous! Phenomenal! Fantastic!

We have a bull mastiff and a fairly large yard and last year his gate to dog run broke and he had free roam of our yard. With the warm weather everything started to melt and we realized what a disaster we had on our hands. Having three young boys under the age of six the idea of spending hours going out and cleaning was not something I wanted to do. I brought the idea to my husband and we were excited when they came and we fully expected to get a two or three hundred dollar bill and we were shocked to believe it was a quarter the cost we assumed. We would highly recommend them and have too many of our family and friends.

We’ve been using this company for nearly a year on a space we hold so dear to us, our home. Sparkle & sheen it’s extremely detail oriented, and is always willing to tackle any task. We love the fact that it’s easy to communicate with all employees as well as the owner of the company. We love that they leave a communication binder on location to communicate what was done or what possibly could be done next time. Through Covid they’ve taken extra precautions of a sharing our safety is always looked after. The booking process was extremely easy, and the automated text reminders, and texted invoice afterwards made the whole experience hassle free. Jordyn and Serena were extremely kind, and so thorough with their work that I didn’t even realize my house was that messy until I saw the results. Booked a move in cleaning. They did a very thorough job and touched up areas upon request that needed some further work. Only issue was that I booked a carpet steam cleaning as well but they didn’t add it to my appointment so it got missed. Got lucky in my case because the previous owners had it done after they moved out. If not for that it would have been a 5 star review.
