I called this company for a quote on cleaning my house. I thought I had gotten their business card from a neighbour who recommended them. When I emailed them and told them this, they emailed me back and asked who my neighbour was?? During this time it had occurred to me that I might have actually picked up their card from the counter at a Tim Hortons. when I apologized to them and suggested that I might not have actually received their card from my neighbour they next email from them shocked me...... In capital letters they emailed me back asking me not to contact them ever again and if I do they would consider is harassment??? Then they suggested they would get the authorities involved should I continue to contact them????????????? I'm not quite clear on what I had done to provoke such a response and I'm shocked and disgusted that this is the way I was treated. All I wanted was a quote. As it turns out my neighbour did not give me their card and uses another company. So I obviously, I picked their card up elsewhere. I now use that other company. I would not recommend this company to anyone, any time, any where!!!!!

I hired this company to perform a move out clean. They were amazing. Easy to deal with, and awesome communication. The estimate that was provided was spot on. If you are hiring them on a one time off basis, as I did, they will require payment either in cash or e-transfer, before service is rendered. That I can understand, and personally have no problem with. The two people that were sent to my apartment were professional to the core, and did a wonderful job. I did a post cleaning inspection, and the place was spotless. When they showed up, they asked me if there was any areas they should pay special attention to. I recommend Cozy Home without hesitation. We hired cozy home made service to clean our house as our other cleaner wasn't working out for us. We came home to a detailed and extensive cleaning, our house looked amazing. We have two dogs and the hair is get everywhere. You would have never known we had dogs when you first walked into the place. The communication was very good and they followed instructions very well. The price was substantially cheaper then our last cleaner which was an added bonus. Great work! We are now going to be booking a reoccurring appointment with cozy home maid service.

I get bi-weekly residential cleaning done to help keep my life in order which we all know is a struggle between work and the rest of life's demands. It's so great to come home to a sparkling clean home after a long day. My cleaner is professional, kind, and pays close attention to detail. She takes pride in her work and it shows. I had used another cleaning company for a couple years and found the price high and the results inconsistent. Not with Cozy Home Maid Service- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone!

Very friendly staff who are thorough and hard working. They also do cleaning after home construction. We had our bathroom renovated and there was a thick layer of dust and construction debris in our bungalow. With a newborn at home they came in once the project was completed and did an outstanding job. We were so impressed and couldn’t even tell construction had been done!
