Sydney from MaidPro does a wonderful job cleaning my house for me. What I love most is that she always leaves us a little something to make us smile. For example, one day the kids Monster stuffy was eating her paper, another day a superhero was holding the toothbrushes and most recently she made teddy bears out of our facecloths. Having 2 small boys, they love coming home to find these extra finishing touches!

Hired them for the first time on the 20 of Dec 2016. The next day we were having a showing on our home which is up for sale.They arrived to do the work and wanted the credit card info first. 2 hours later I returned to find the kitchen was not cleaned, they did not steam clean the floor as I instructed. Even let them use our machine. Then as I went further through the house many of the rooms I had instructed personally to be done were either not touched or so poorly done that that evening my wife and i had to completely clean the home to be ready for the showing. We called and complained that evening about the poor work and we would not be using them again and wished to have the funds returned to our credit card. I finally got a response in the New Year saying sorry and the funds would be returned. That is now 24 days. Nothing takes that long to electronically to return. I will never use this company again nor recommend anyone else to do so. Poor workmanship and no integrity. Further I reported this to head office on their web site no response other then a canned reply saying thank you for the email. I looked at their review section and my review is not showing , only positive ones. Obviously they want to mislead the public about their service.

I am the Director of a not for profit organization that serves individuals living with mental illness in the surrounding communities. Our Club has been devastated by an infestation of rats and the destruction and mess they have left behind has been astronomical.
