I booked molly maid to provide cleaning service after a very bad tenant had been finally removed from my property. In 6 years the tenant (having 5 children living in a one bedroom suite) had never once cleaned or mopped and I honestly thought I would be replacing half of my suite. I was amazed and shocked at how Shannon and Valeska were able to restore the suite back to normal. They were very professional and courteous. From the booking process to the cleaning everything was professional. I would happily recommend molly maid to everyone for amazing service and professional cleaning

We began using Molly Maid a few months ago for a bi-weekly house clean. Dam and Jessica have been amazing! They are efficient, and leave our home spotless (even tackling things like our kids bedrooms and play room). They arrive on-time every time, are respectful and easy to have around. I would highly recommend Molly Maid!

We hired Molly Maid to do a whole house clean after selling it to new owners. Even with the house being empty, it was a big job; 53 years of the same owners who never threw anything out. MM sent two ladies and they did a great job in just 4 hours! I was amazed. The house looked just the way I'd like it to be, if I were the incoming new owners. MM was easy to deal with and I highly recommend!

We have been using Molly Maid once every two weeks for about a year. Ally is usually the crew leader and maintains very high standards for the work performed. Our level of satisfaction is not quite high when Ally is not part of the crew. Before COVID-19 we had them come around 900am every second Wednesday. Once service resumed after the Covid-19 shut down, we were shifted to Thursdays around 1100am which doesn’t suit us as well the pre Covid-19 schedule. If we could get back to our preferred time, we would give them a five star rating.

I am a widower with a large house and have been a customer of Molly Maid for several years. They have consistently provided reliable friendly service. I am always informed of any changes to schedules and the work is done quickly and well. Over the years I have had changes to the employees that come to the house and they have established very high professional standards. Even with the Covid constraints.the current team, Ally and Lucinda have kept smiling while maintaining those same standards.

Team Ali is amazing. Ali works for Molly Maid. She has great communication, she’s professional, she’s diligent. I like that Ali is kind but also gets her team to get the job done. I sometimes leave notes because Some weeks need certain attention and she always takes care of it. If I need some extra time I call into molly maid and ask for a deep clean and they arrange time for that need to be met. I’m very happy with the professional service.
