We called this company to come and take care of our carpets after a move out for one of our rental properties. The tenants had been in there for a few years and I don’t think they had ever had them cleaned. They were in really rough shape. For the good of your business I would teach your employees how to answer the phone. I got your number off the website and whomever answered the phone has no business taking calls as he did not identify the company and his mannerisms were rude.
