Best oil change EVER!!!! Changed the transmission as well. It was ugly and we still have 1500+ miles to go. These guys are truly the best! Can't say enough good things! I like the business approach. The experience can almost be described as theatrical. You stand apart in my opinion. Also, thank you for the offer of coffee, and the water and biscuit for my dog!!! Nice :) The air exchange could use some tweaking for sake of the employees inside that space for long periods of time. Excellent service!

I needed an quick oil change before a road trip last year and I have been coming back ever since. The crew are so friendly and polite and helpful. As a female I didn’t feel like I was being sold stuff I didn’t actually need. Listening to the crew down below communicate with the crew up top made me feel like they truly were checking everything and making sure that my vehicle was getting a thorough inspection. Today and in past visits Devin has done a fantastic job also today Jeremy was a great technician too. I can not say enough good things about the team at the Dawson Creek location. I would 100% recommend again and again!!

When I arrived he knew who I was before I could even explain about the phone call. The service was efficient, professional, and they really tried to get me the best possible price for my truck. I recently came in for an oil change and the service was incredible, my service attendant Adam made me feel very welcome, he gave me water and made sure I was comfortable, kept me informed on everything they serviced on my truck and I swear he couldn't have taken more than 5 minutes to get my oil change done! Nice place with great people!! I pulled up to the car wash in a work vehicle and needed to pay using a fleet card, but it wasn’t working. When I went in to ask if I could use this card the attendant said that unfortunately they aren’t set up to accept those types of cards yet (but that are trying to get it sorted out), and apologized. So as I was backing out of the line-up to go somewhere else, the attendant came out and said he didn’t want to have me leave without getting my vehicle cleaned, and he insisted on paying for a wash for me. I was blown away with the generosity. Many thanks again!! A car wash is a car wash, but the people make the difference.

Nice guys, quick service. But word of warning, the entire building becomes a greenhouse during summer. It feels akin to baking slowly in a oven. Which sucks cuz you have to keep your window open while the guys change your oil. It only takes them like 10-15 minutes but in that time you'll feel like you've baked both internally and externally. Like a potato. Or a popcorn kernel. Potatoes and popcorn are good snacks. But not a good state of existence.
