Wow! I use Polished Cleaning Services for help with my housecleaning, dog care and now laundry services. My cleaning team is professional, and treat my house like their home. I was skeptical when I heard they started doing specialty laundry but I always regretted not getting my wedding dress cleaned. It sat in the dress bag in my basement for 15 years. They got all the yellowing, perspiration and make up stains out. My dress is long and the bottom hem was filthy from dancing the night away. It took them less then a week to professionally clean it, and it was returned in a beautiful box for storage. So happy my keepsake has been restored to the way it looked on my wedding day.

The kitchen looked great!!! However the floors all throughout the house including the steps weren't swept, washed, or vacuumed it seemed. My husband and I inspected the house right after the cleaners left and there was dog hair in the hallway, bedroom showing it wasn't swept. The steps going upstairs still had a peice of paper from a ripped envelope meaning those steps weren't swept or washed. The bathrooms were clean however the floor was again not cleaned properly or at all ot seemed. The lady who gave us an estimate was wonderful, very friendly. I wouldn't use this company again based on the lack of cleaning they did for me as my husband and I had to go in after and finish cleaning the floors. The upstairs master bedroom also had a weird stain on the walls which wasn't there before we kind of just brushed off. Not sure how they spent several hours there and didn't actually do what they were asked and we still have to pay.

I love coming home to that “Showhome” look. They are also really good with my pets. I have a cat that is a total suck and also a dog that can be a pain but they manage! I hired polished cleaning services to clean a family members apartment. The apartment had been neglected for some time, and there was a fair bit of clutter. I met with Krista initially, and she was so friendly, and respectful of the space and the situation. The cleaning staff called on arrival (they were actually early) and the 3 staff members completed the cleaning very promptly. I only met them briefly but the staff were very friendly. When the work was completed, the apartment was a completely different space and it smelled so fresh and clean. My dress was FILTHY; red lipstick all over the bust, red and white wine stains galore, muddy foot prints from carrying my 2 year old, even tire tracks on it! After getting a few quotes from drycleaners averaging $500, a friend told me that polished did a friend's dress for less. I am so glad I checked them out because my dress is perfect again! Although we were really happy with the performance of the cleaners, we ultimately terminated service with Polished due to issues with those running the business. There was a lack of attention to detail when scheduling and poor communication. The main issue in the end was that we were quoted 3 hours for biweekly cleaning and 4 hours for monthly cleaning; we opted for biweekly. We had three visits in the month of August and when we received our invoice at the beginning of September, we were shocked to see that we were being charged for 4.5-5 hours for each clean; nearly double the cost we were quoted! We were never notified that the cleaning time was exceeding the quoted time, which is expressly stated in the contract Polished provided (that they will contact you to get approval to clean beyond the quoted time, if/when necessary). Angela took absolutely no ownership of this error / oversight and suggested that we should have expected this (as the contract specified what the rate would be for cleaning time beyond the quote). We were unable to understand the point of having her visit the home to prepare a quote for 3 hours per clean when in the end it was so incredibly inaccurate?! Opted to terminate service and hire another company instead (we had multiple alternative companies quote and suggest ~ 3 hours per visit would be appropriate for our home on a biweekly basis). Disappointed!
