As a first time customer, this HALIFAX company started my journey with a phenomenal user-friendly website experience, STEAMATES.ca I booked a deep cleaning for my 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Completely affordable. The personal follow-up call from the operations manager, Peggy-Jean, was impressive because it’s not the norm. When booking online most companies need you to trust this process. STEAMATES covered that potential concern that customers may have. They were already dotting their I’s and crossing their T’s. The superiority of this company, STEAMATES, to achieve this customer relationship, so quickly and the ability to maintain this from start to finish, based on customer centricity at its finest. This has been, to date, the greatest example of superior customer experience I have had the privilege to be apart of. On January 31, 9:30am sharp, two gentlemen, introduced themselves to me as representatives of STEAMATES, Frank and Kazi. To be candid, I was visibly stressed when they arrived as I was behind in my final hours of packing. My apartment was in shambles as the movers had left a lot behind. I had a huge job for STEAMATES. Kazi & Frank had a job that would have sent others reeling for cover. Too overwhelmed or not properly prepared would be an “out strategy” but NOT Kazi & Frank. Frank & Kazi said, “we are here for you and we will work around you”. This heartfelt message was so impressive, I was taken back. I will tell you that if want to see an absolute stunning display of efficiency, professionalism, strong work ethic with an emphatic and customer centered solution oriented experience, then STEAMATES is the company you must reach out to. Their work was “beyond exceptional”. They brought shine to places in my apartment that I thought would never shine again. They used their own products and their our elbow grease. They were top drawer performers. They never put their head up and they kept themselves in great spirits They cleaned the baseboards that now were whiter than white and countertops that was like the first day they entered the apartment. Clean cupboards, clean drawers and the tiles and laminate floors were spectacular. The two washrooms compared only to those in shiny hotel rooms and the 6 appliances were brilliantly presented. All the doors and light switches were like new and windows were like it never knew the word, condensation. It was remarkable and emotional as I have never had my apartment look so clean. STEAMATES stayed over their allotted time and cleaned a sticky refrigerator for me that I told them I would do it. It was too overwhelming for anyone to clean. They finished the job because they knew how hard it would be for me to find the time to do the refrigerator. STEAMATES delivered the ultimate solution. Customer centricity is their culture.

The carpet cleaning that Steamates performed was well done, the cleaner was on time and curious, and the customer support team communication by text message before and after the service was excellent. I did find the cleaning solution they used had a bit too much perfume, but the scent disappeared after two days. Also, when Steamates asked for feedback and I mentioned this, they said they would look in to solutions with less scent for future jobs, so this may be a non-issue in the future.

I have a large 6 bedroom house which was occupied by students for 12 years. The place was not filthy but boy was it dirty! Steamates arrived on time with a very friendly crew. We went over every detail of what I hoped for: oven, fridges, bathrooms, walls, baseboards , doorframes, carpet cleaning, harwood floors, and behind appliances . They did it ALL in one day with a smile on each face. I have never run across such professional, nice, thorough cleaners AND they were reasonably priced! I am so impressed and grateful I have recommended them to 2 busy real estate agents that I know. This should be your first and only choice. They are terrific!

Last week we had to have a move out cleaning of our 2 bedroom condo in 110 Farnham Gate Road, Clayton Park, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We called many cleaning agencies but no one was available as it was short notice. At last Steamates agreed to do the work though it was Sunday. Two of their cleaners cleaned the unit so nice that our buyers liked the unit very much. There was an unreachable spot behind the water tank which was left out. I pointed it out to them after they had gone away, they came back next day with a suction pump and cleaned that spot and they did not charge anything extra for this service. We are very happy with their work and in future we will call them for all our cleaning needs.
