I had called them at the 11th hour to help me out and 3 ladies just turned in 45 minutes of time to assist in the move out cleaning. What a great force of ladies with coordinated and joint efforts. Our recent return to having Molly Maid clean our home in Halifax (we also used them when we lived in Orlando, Florida) really confirmed why they are the gold standard when it comes to cleaning and attention to detail. The little things like nicely-folded tea towels in the kitchen, folded toilet paper on the roll in our bathrooms like in a hotel, cleaning my coffee-stained desk mug, re-tightening the lightbulbs above our vanity mirror, scrubbing the bathtub grout so that it’s no longer tinged with pinkish grime, clearing out all garbage cans throughout the home, dusting every surface from our bar cart to our console table and then some ... all details were meticulously taken care of and well, these “little things” really just add up to an overall impressive experience! Please send our thanks along to Christine and Jessica who cleaned our home today. They did an incredible job.

First and last time to hire them. Dust on tables is still visible. Floors not properly cleaned. Kitchen counters not wiped and sink not cleaned and the stain steel is not shining at all. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

The service persons do an excellent job of cleaning my rental house. They are in and out quickly. Only complaint is that I never know what time they will arrive. It will be in the morning but can range from 8:30 to 11:00. I wish they would let me know when to expect them.

We hired Molly Maid to do a moving clean. They showed up 45 minutes late and only cleaned for 2 hours. All they did was vacuumed, dusted and cleaned the oven. The rest of the kitchen was filthy. The whole purpose of hiring them was so that we could move in without needing to clean, but we still had to clean for another 6 hours or so, while unpacking our stuff and watching our baby, which made the move very stressful. Very disappointing.

We hired Molly Maid to help with our cleaning post-baby. We cancelled after two visits - floors were left with noticeable debris, dusting wasn't done, a tin of Pentaten was moved to the arm of our nursery chair leaving cream all over the leather, the list goes on. While we received discounts for both visits, it was a hassle. Customer Service left me feeling like I was in the wrong.

Very very disappointed. I hired them for a moving-out clean, and gave specific instructions for what needed doing. They didn't complete several tasks, which resulted in another 2 hours of work. They also left dirty, damp rags they'd used sitting on the counter. I called to complain, and they didn't return my call, but charged my credit card, and didn't send an invoice until I called to demand one. Save your money; they don't seem to care.

Had a Molly Maid branded car tailgate me on the 101 going 110 on the inside lane... Closer than anyone ever has... No excuse for not leaving stopping distance when I have my toddler in the car. Do better.

The move in/out clean was sad to walk into. The kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned properly at all. I have many pictures of what was missed, extremely disappointing when you move. Cleaned all weekend instead ☹️.

Had a walk through and went over expectations and was given details about the first clean being a deep clean etc etc, got a quote and waited over 3 weeks for them to book me in. When they arrived to do the cleaning 50% of a basic household clean was not done. Not one countertop was wiped down, stairs were not mopped, baseboards were completely undusted, cupboards doors ignored and left dirty, window sills had leftover food from kids still left over.( All of these things were discussed in my first meeting as things they would be doing to ‘get the home to MM standard????.) So essentially two girls came to my house for 2 hours to vacuum and mop* and I was still charged 365$ after calling the office immediately to let them know the job was absolutely unacceptable. Crooks, do not use this company. I am in shock that they charged me such an outrageous amount after the job that was done in my home. The two cleaners even snuck out and didn’t tell me they had ‘finished’ and were going. So I couldn’t even tell them I was seeing countertops they had forgotten. Shows they knew exactly what they were doing. ????????????????????????????????

So sad to read past unhappy experiences. I have been using Molly Maids for at least a year now - efficient - quick - great results - and the gals will do anything that needs special attention. They helped me put clean sheets on the bed once when needed and also helped me clean out the refrigerator. The competition sends in 3 gals at once and I found that way too confusing for me. 2 MM make a great team.

They didn’t scrub the floors or move furniture. There was still scum in the shower and dust on stairs and baseboards. Definitely not a thorough cleaning. Was going to give them a second chance but had horrible customer service over the phone. Never use them ever again.
