Great place. Good staff, not too busy, and just extended their hours. I had a problem with some shirts that seemed to get a grease stain in the self serve machines (has not happened since). I brought it to the staff's attention and was eventually contacted by the manager and then the owner. They explained that it could be a number of things but were very amicable and eventually dry cleaned the stains out for my free of charge. Highly recommend!

We have an older Persian-style rug and a runner, both of which were long overdue for cleaning. The owner was honest said he wasn't sure they'd be able to restore them completely, but the results were amazing, and they look like new. The cost was very reasonable and it didn't take long to get them back. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Absolutely comfortable to do your laundry during your stay in the vicinity. The staff is helpful and attentive. Machines are clean and prices are absolutely right. You can always grab a cup of coffee across the street to sit and wait for your laundry. They also have an express dry cleaning service. Thumbs up ????

Market Cleaners was able to remove some really tough deodorant stains from one of my favorite shirts. I brought the same shirt to One Hour Cleaners on Albert Street beforehand and they were not able to remove the stains. After that, I thought the shirt was ruined for good. But low and behold, Market Cleaners was able to do the job; the shirt is like new again. I will start using Market Cleaners for my dry cleaning from now on. Very professional service and they are very attentive to detail.

so i brought my daughters canada goose jacket white one to this cleaner i had removed spaghetti spots from it with baking soda but the dry cleaner could not remove them this jacket was worn one session so it wasnt really dirty and when i got it back the stain was still there and it still smelt like weed and cigarettes so now i have to take it back and i needed it for next tue they said they could get it back to me by monday i guess we will wait and see so disappointed like they didnt even say anything to me that they could not do a deep clean with out me signing papers they just put a note on it like what really who does that .

Market Cleaners just won my business pretty easily. First, they're one of the only dry cleaners downtown open on Sundays. Second, they managed to completely remove some absolutely terrifying stains from a brand new suit. They saved the day. The staff is great and friendly with a good attention to detail. Although their prices are bit higher than most other downtown cleaners, they absolutely care about what they do. Give them a shot.

I never had an issue before, but this last time wasn't very good. I had my laundry done there and it looked a four year must have folded my clothes. Everything was horribly wrinkled, no socks were matched. It was probably the least professional laundry service I've ever returned home to find. They've done a good job previously, but this was just bad. My t-shirts might as well have just been balled up with a rubber band they're so wrinkled and out of sorts. Definitely not worth paying for. At all.

If you want to damage your clothes, coming here to wash them will be the right choice. The first photo is the left cuff, it is good. The second and third photos are of the right cuff, which was still wet when I fetched it, and it was deformed after it dried. This shop is very funny! If you plan to send your clothes to this shop for washing, I hope you can read my reviews before you decide. I sent my Canada goose to be washed on December 2nd. The cashier said that I could pick it up on the 9th. Then when I went on the 9th, they said it was not ready yet. This shows that they are not punctual. Then two days later, I called to ask them if my clothes could be picked up, and the cashier said yes. When I went to pick it up on the 13th, I found a lot of yellow dirt on the right cuff of my down jacket. I don't know what it is. I regret not taking pictures. The cashier told me to pick it up the next day, and she needed to ask her manager what to do. This shows that they will not help you check whether your clothes are clean after washing your clothes, which is extremely irresponsible. Finally, at noon today (14th), the cashier called me and said that the cuff was cleaned, and I can pick it up at any time. So I went to their store in the afternoon, and a man (probably the manager) gave me my clothes. When I checked my clothes, he seemed impatient and hoped that I would end the inspection soon. At the time I touched the outside of the right cuff and it was a little wet, but I didn't think much about it. Then i paid. But when I took it home and put it on, I found that the right cuff inside were completely wet. After it dries, the right cuff became deformed and it smelled a bit stinky. A bit stinky!!!! why???????? And it is obvious that the right cuff are not clean. At this time, I understand why the man in the store hopes that I will end the inspection soon! This shows that they treat guests like fools!!! In general, my Canada goose was kept in their store for 12 days. In order to get my down jacket, I had to go to the store three times, and when I went to get it the last time, the right cuff of my down jacket were still wet. It doesn't matter if it is wet, the point is that when it dries, it becomes deformed and smelly. What the hell is this store doing?

Market Cleaners damaged my wedding dress by crushing fragile beads, tearing expensive lace ( $450 per meter) and stretching the lace by hanging the dress on a clothes hanger ( the dress weighed at least 10lbs). I brought the dress back in to complain about the damage. They sent the dress out to be assessed and I explicitly stated I did NOT want any modifications made to the dress - it was to be assessed ONLY. Market Cleaners acknowledged the dress was severely damaged and offered to replace the lace, but when I specified I would like to see the lace and price of the replacement lace, that was not an option. In other words, they wanted to replace it with the cheapest lace available. I refused and directed to have the dress sent back to me untouched. When I picked up the dress, they tried to cover the torn lace by improperly sewing the lace and unstitched the waist to shift the lace down in an attempt to reduce the visibility of the stretched lace (too bad for them I took photos before sending it back). As well, when they sewed the waist back they improperly sewed the mid section together - when zipped at the back, one side of the waistline sat at least 1 cm lower than the opposite side. Oh, and they claimed to have "wedding dress specialists" - ya right!. Do not send anything to this place !

Theses guys were awesome for us, as tourists it is hard to find a place that will do basic laundry, at $1.50 per lbs they will wash and fold, great price. I also left a small electronic device in one of the clothing articles, they checked the pockets and recovered it for me as well. Great service and great value.

After my outdoor wedding, I took my wedding dress to them. It had a very long train and a lot of dirt on the dress! Not an easy job. They did a fantastic job for the main body of the dress - restoring it to pristine condition. They went above and beyond to try and remove the staining around the bottom of the dress hem which could just be hemmed to make it brand new, but they took the time to return to as much as possible original condition. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the processes they used to try and remove some of the most difficult staining around the bottom hem. I also used them to steam my dress prior to my wedding day and I couldn't have been happier with the result and service. Highly recommend.

Many years ago I made the mistake of buying a white Canada Goose winter coat. After wearing it for a couple winters it was absolutely filthy. I did not want to put this expensive coat in the washing machine. I took it to Market Cleaners instead. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was actually white again!! I was so shocked and impressed. I easily recommend getting your Canada Goose (or any other coat) dry cleaned here.
