I highly recommend Inside Out Cleaning. They have been taking care of our 5000 + sq ft office space in Halifax for several years and we are very pleased with their service. On the few occasions we have had issues, they were resolved promptly and professionally. Doug Gilmour, the Halifax General Manager takes the time to stop by in person, is always responsive to reach outs and provides valued customer service. I do not hesitate to recommend this company to others.

We are placing our home on the Market and required cleaning of the walls and cupboards, windows- We were Quoted 80 $ per hour / per person to wash windows and 60$ / hour to clean cupboards. They were going to send 4 x person for a minimum of 4 hours- This kind of price gouging is not justified. I would not nor will I ever --recommend this company.

Inside Out cleaning services did a great job of keeping my business clean each week. If I had a problem with supplies or something not looking good they immediately went out of their way to fix it and make sure it did not happen again. Doug was always professional and able to help. When we'd do a fundraiser he'd make sure we'd have our space spic and span clean. The cleaners also texted us the moment there was an issue with something over the weekend. I would highly recommend them!

This company has a " Our Red Carpet Promise" one of the promises is..... We are all human so we will at times make mistakes, but when a mistake is made we will act with integrity and remedy the problem to the best of our ability. This is a false promise. A lesson on customer service would be most helpful when talking with your clients on how to reslove a issue. Dont make promises you can't keep.
