They didn't get the stains out, they didn't give me a half hour warning that they were coming, which the stated they would, I was also charged more than I was quoted.

at first, the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable when he came to our house and even talked up into paying extra for the heavy duty stain remover come 3 months down the road ALL THE STAINS ARE BACK. very upset and disappointed with the result, do not recommend this company . they will tell you to buy the heavy duty cleaner for extra but don't because it don't work. it will last long enough to be out of warranty and then after that all your stains will appear back. thanks a lot for taking lots of my money to have professional cleaning done and it not even work!!

I bought an older house recently and asked the previous owner when the ducts were cleaned last. He didnt know the service existed so I called Home Depot to come in and take care of this. I was both mortified and pleasantly surprised to be shown before and after pictures that I wish I could post! Old dust, spider webs and who knows what else. If they arent 100% cleaned they are very close. The whole job was explained as they went. Now the dust is non existent, sanitized and it smells of citrus when my heat is on! I'm super pleased with this service and will have them back again in the future. I definitely recommend this service! The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I LOVE HOME DEPOT!!!

ordered duct cleaning services. Ducts were cleaned but hoses damaged paint on wall corners and stairwell banister. Rushed job. Removed duct caps but did not replace. When called to bring up issues, they reply back and place all blame back on me. No effort to help rectify issues. No ownership of damages caused. So called “free camera inspection” are camera phone before and after pictures of a single duct that could otherwise be viewed through the vent at anytime. Poor customer service. Satisfaction not guaranteed...
