I wasn’t very impressed. Cleaning didn’t seem to be “deep down” by any means. We had a couch and love seat “cleaned” before we took it from my mother in laws to our home. Our home is a little outside of town. When we got the couch set I immediately thought my mother in law must have forgotten to have it cleaned. It smelled like dog, and overall just didn’t appear (or smell) to have just been cleaned. The reason we had it cleaned before it came to us was to avoid paying more due to us being a little outside of the city. It wasn’t done properly. I had called and they suggested my mother in law call them since she was the one to have it “cleaned”. The guy was friendly enough and said they would be able to come and fix the problem. When my mother in law called they said they would re-do it but would want $25 travel fee. I understand that we’re a little out of the way but if it had been done properly the first time, we wouldn’t be in this predicament. I just can’t be bothered. I now have a couch that isn’t properly cleaned and a baby on the way. I gave my old couch away. Others have had positive experiences, Maybe my experience was a “one off” but I think I’d be reluctant to use them again. I get annoyed every time I sit on the couch and smell dog.

The other night my husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary...We had a lot of guests over, and of course some had to spill wine on my new rug!! LOL! My sister-in-law suggested I call Deep Down, and WOW am I happy she said that! They took every stain out of it with such great detail, it’s like brand new. THANK YOU!! ????????
