This is the second time I’ve used The Cleaning Advantage. The first time I’ve used them was when I moved to my new apartment. They did a terrific job and I decided to call them again. This time, my apartment looked worse than when I moved in. But this company cleaned it and made it look great again. One of the things that I truly appreciate is that they are always on time. They said they will be at my door at 9:30 and they kept their word. Will certainly use them again, when my apartment will be a disaster (that's a certain thing).

Wasnt very impressed. Our house was very organized before two girls arrived, with hopes they could really perform a deep clean. For example, we had just finished a renovation in the upstairs bathroom and we hadn’t put the shower curtain back up, there were no soaps or toilet paper, absolutely nothing was put back in the bathroom and they didn’t even clean under the vanity nor wipe down the blinds. We’re not even sure they washed the floor. As for the rest of the house same story. They didn’t get under TV stand, or under the couch, or in between laundry baskets in the laundry room. For $500 which is more expensive then other companies this was not worth it and I’m really disappointed as I found myself cleaning areas after they left. Owner offered to send staff back to clean areas I wasn’t happy with but I’m no longer interested in working with a crew that couldn’t get it right with open organized spaces.

I started using The Cleaning Advantage about 3 years ago (April 2017), first with a deep cleaning. We had just moved into our house and I was pregnant and wanted to bring our new baby home to a clean house. That turned into a bi-weekly cleaning service of selected rooms and services, which helped this new mom tremendously. Since then, there's been a second baby and a rag tag team of pets we've been sitting for family members. Tiffany is great with both, handles my MILs anxious & loud (but sweet) giant black lab wonderfully, and likes our dog (even when he steals her cleaning cloths). Once I left a note when I was completely overwhelmed with a toddler and a 7 month pregnant belly apologizing for our mound of dirty dishes (not in the cleaning contract, nor should it be!) I came home to a clean sink and cried - Tiffany is amazing! Karen is always communicative, proactive, & very flexible with scheduling due to holidays, snow days, etc. Our house never smells like chemicals, only clean. Love coming home in Tuesdays, even my daughter notices and says something

I'd like to tell you about the extraordinary experience I had with the Cleaning Advantage I have chemical sensitivities, asthma, etc. I searched and searched for any cleaning service which might have environmentally safe products, someone who knew what a difference a HEPA vacuum could make for air quality, and finally a service that was paying their staff appropriately. I'd felt really bad with the last cleaning service, their young foreign girls always had a look of fear in their eyes and rushed like they were on a super tight schedule expecting the driver to come and get them any minute. With Karen and her staff at the Cleaning Advantage, how can I say it, I got it all! She assigned two women for a one day cleaning of the house as we were moving out. I stayed during the day since I had lots of loose ends to attend to. I got to see how thoroughly they cleaned. They even made, what I thought was a lost cause, our shower look white again. The women were pleasant and proud of their work. A+

Most of the time the cleaners who do my house are punctual, friendly, and thorough. Karen tries to keep her teams of 2 cleaners together so clients know who to expect. I've been using The Cleaning Advantage for almost two years and 90% of the time they are prompt and except for a few times, are the same crew. They love my standard poodle and she follows them around while they clean. I teach piano and they use a special soft mitt to dust my baby grand. They dust all my pictures on the walls and the mantel which has lots of knick knacks on it. When they leave after about 1 1/2-2 hours, the house looks and smells clean.The sinks and bathrooms and very clean. Often they will ask me if I want a little something extra done. Occasionally if I'm going to have a lot of company I'll ask them to (within reason).If you need to change your time slot, Karen will work with you to try to reschedule. Finally, all the cleaners have been very trustworthy, leaving possessions on top of dressers or computer desks alone. Their quality of work and their trustworthiness are rare in the cleaning industry.
