Recently my place of employment had some major construction, which involved tearing up a concrete floor in a very large room which unfortunately dust traveled throw out our building, leaving our furniture, walls and floors covered. We hired prestige to clean up the dust, shampoo carpet and furniture. It was a large area to clean to say the least! Their crew was very respectful and attentive to the details of our business. I was very pleased on how professional and thorough they were. I would definitely recommend them and have recently recommended them to family and friends.They were always pleasant, on time, and they are very hard working. My father recently passed away so we hired prestige to help clean up great people great service... until it was time to pay. Obviously I knew there would be cost at hand, but to leave 2 fans (which THEY left for almost 2 weeks) to clear the air all of the sudden cost an additional $260 a day? If anyone could explain why it cost that much to run 2 fans on my electricity I'm all ears. Every invoice ive signed has $0.00 typed up. But then I received a call claiming we where holding up their equipment and we where going to be charged $260 a day for usage.

Brad and Mike were awesome!!! That's an understatement. Our carpets in our home were HORRIBLE (any "normal" person would have probably just ripped it all out and started over again....but, not us. LOL) I got an appointment within three or four days of me calling them. They arrived within the time window given to me and were done within a little more than an hour (we had three rooms for them to do). Believe me, with as bad as our carpets were (between young children, 1 dog and 3 cats), I thought it would take them HOURS!!! We came out to look at the finished product and we were FLOORED! Thank you so much you guys and we will DEFINITELY be calling you again soon to come clean the other two rooms on our first floor (but I promise you they, won't be as NEARLY as bad as this job was!)

Got a cost quote over the phone that was reasonable, got a quick schedule, and they just left the house -- with the years old dog pee stains GONE. The gentlemen were extremely friendly and well mannered but I was not satisfied with the results. I had the carpets cleaned less than one week ago and today while on the floor with my dog, my carpet doesn't smell clean at all. They didn't vacuum first and didn't wear booties over their boots while cleaning the floors. They were literally going outside and then coming back in walking all over the wet carpet. My carpet doesn't look any better today than it did before I had it professionally cleaned. For $318 I expect a lot more. They were here for less than an hour.

Prestige Cleaning is a Godsend. My elderly aunt passed away and, though her efficiency apartment was small, it needed a much more thorough cleaning than I could perform due to pets, not being able to keep up with housework well because of her age, and years of smoking. On top of that, during their cleaning yesterday at her apartment, the pipes in the bathroom became clogged and became a sewage issue requiring them to stop and the maintenance crew from the apartment complex to come fix it. Today, Brad (who's amazing, btw) and his crew were back up at the apartment tidying up from yesterday, even though they were only scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday. Prestige Cleaning not only does an amazing job but they go above and beyond what any other cleaning company would do! And they are all so very friendly. They are reasonable in price and very easy to work with. I cannot recomend them highly enough.

Air duct cleaning service is pathetic. I hired this company to clean my air ducts and they couldn't hurry enough to get out. When questioning them how they were finished so very quickly, I discovered that all the dirt "cleaned" from my ducts was laying in the unit, waiting for me to turn it back on and be flown through the air. I don't know about you, but that isn't a value to me.

I have never been so impressed by a service that I had to call into my home. Ben, Justin, and Chris did work for us due to a water break in our basement, and they are some of the most professional, polite, respectful workers that I have ever had in my home to work. They came on time each day, they worked hard and well, and they did amazing clean-up. They went above and beyond the call of duty to do things correctly and to add no stress to us. In addition, the lady in the office who takes the calls and makes the arrangements is top-notch. She’s friendly and kind and makes things work seamlessly. The boss even called and came to check on things himself one day, and it’s clear that he wants and expects things to be done the right way. I would HIGHLY recommend Prestige. I am just so impressed by everything they did.

My name is Charity Hauser, I had sewage and water damage in my basement for 6 years and 2 of your employees were sent here to fix it. Well let me say that I LOVE THEM...when they came I was here alone my husband was at work and could not leave. My "landlord" had me remove 23 years worth of my life from basement. Without being asked Lee called his boss and asked if they could help me. Thank God he said yes. They were my savior's. Dakota and Lee comforted me and trekked through sewage for 3 hours straight. They located things they knew I would want to try and save. If not for Lee and Dakota I honestly don't know where I would be at with this. They waded through spiders webs sewage I'm sure everyone has seen the pictures, but you have 2 wonderful employees. They were here to do a job but did much more.
