Used a third party website and found them. We are moving out and needed carpets cleaned quickly. Kathrine was extreamly resposive. They had issues with the truck and called me to inform me they would be late. Once he showed up (I can't remember the man's name) he was quick and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Great price too.

The Gang

Have made the rounds with a few services, and over the last few months we have been very pleased with the quality of work compared to our past experiences. The owner is easy to talk to and has excellent customer service skills, as well as the office manager. We have been able to leave them in out home with full confidence, we did have an incident where something was broken, but we were informed immediately and our regular housekeeper even offered to pay for it. It was minor but it offers us peace of mind knowing these are honest people. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

We are not happy with the cleaning services that we received. Seriously over priced for the quality we received. We were told that all the cabinets would be cleaned in and out along with the fridge (including moving it out to clean) and bathrooms. The cleaning itself was pretty terrible. I could see where she used the cloth on the cabinet because whatever was on it left a film behind. None of the cabinets were wiped down inside (which due to the film I was weirdly grateful for). The fridge ledges were the only things that were cleaned there because the drawers were still dirty and it definitely wasn't moved. The customer service was seriously rough as well. One of my cleaners showed up 30 minutes early and nicely complained about how she couldn't get in then left before the job was completed because she has another job to go to. The second cleaner was an hour late and she ended up cleaning alone after the other girl left which most likely led to an unfinished job. We were supposed to have the carpets cleaned as well but he didn't arrive by the time the cleaners left. I had to call to see when he was going to be coming. I was told during my quote everything was supposed to start at 8am and be done by 2 so I made an appointment for 3. I was told that they had other things to do but he was pulling in now. When the carpet cleaner arrived the owner happened to call his phone while I was speaking with him about needing to leave at 3. She told him I had just called and was a nasty person before he said he had to go and hung up. I chose to ignore this comment because the carpet cleaner was very nice. I carpet cleaning was mediocre because I had to hurry him unfortunately. If you want good services and a clean house, I would recommend elsewhere. I ended up having to reclean the kitchen, floors, and bathrooms anyway even though I dropped a few hundred dollars for this.
