Owner is available on email and phone. Must be specific in identifying areas to be cleaned within the time frame. Have been a customer for 9 years, maybe more. On those long, tiring days, it is such a good feeling when I come home to a clean house.

Molly Maid is an excellent cleaning company. We have been extremely satisfied with the people who have cleaned our home. They have all been hard-working and very professional. They always ask for feedback on the quality of their work. During the Covid shutdown, our Winnipeg East manager went to all their clients’ homes and delivered a special antiseptic spray cleaner to use in their absence. That was much appreciated and a lovely surprise. They even dropped a cleaning solution to my daughter’s house, who had only used their services one time. I have used other cleaning companies over the years, but Molly Maid has been by far the best. I am completely comfortable leaving my home while the team is there, knowing that everything will be done to their best of their abilities. I highly recommend Molly Maid to anyone looking for a professional cleaning.

The girls do a great job with the washrooms, which is the most important to me. They are always on time and don’t waste time while they are here. I have a cat, so after they are finished there is often still cat fluff around but that is not their fault! Very friendly and supportive. Nice to have a clean house every two weeks!

I strongly recommend Molly Maid Winnipeg East. I needed to find a cleaning service to take care of our aging father in Lorette MB. We knew we needed a deep clean including the fridge, stove, overall kitchen and bathrooms. I had to arrange this from Alberta while my husband was visiting. He's never seen his dad's house so clean! Two ladies worked for 4 hours - top to bottom and did a fantastic job. I have no reservations recommending their services and will be arranging regular cleanings for the future.

My great experience started with how quick the response was from Maryam to call me and help me with the booking. She was so personable and answered my questions. She understood my need for flexibility and made sure I got what I wanted. Debra arrived on time with great smile (I can tell she was smiling behind her mask) and with all her tools. I was impressed with the level of detailed cleaning and the speed of her work. At no time did I feel she was wasting time or trying to avoid certain tasks. Actually, if anything, I was trying to avoid cleaning certain things and Debra would insist that she can do it quickly and I really appreciate that as sometimes I need a bit of a push.
