He is friendly, efficient and FABULOUS! I wouldnt trade this crew for anything. 4.2.21 From time to time I bring in MB's Cleaning to bring me back to sparkling clean. They arrive and leave with the same smiles on their faces, proud to have done a great job. I love coming into my freshly cleaned home. I want to just sit down in the middle of my space and admire how beautiful it looks and feels. Then I kick myself saying, "why did I wait so long" to have them back. From top to bottom, corner to corner, they make sure I can be proud of my home and ready for company. I am hoping to get on her regular schedule, so I can always feel this good at home.

MB's Cleaning does a consistently great job. I've been using them off and on (depending on my budget) for 15-20 years. My schedule fluctuates and they have been super accommodating about rescheduling if we have houseguests and can't have them clean. They do a great job. I highly recommend their services.

Bad service she did not care that her staff miss treated me and was so inconsistent did not care about my house and I had them 2 times a week set my alarm off did not call I liked them in beginning then owner left out of town and so mistreated by other staff I had my neighbor friend fall on ice and her staff had the nerve to yell at me and tell me to move my vehicle from my spot while I was helping my friend need less to say I had to lock up my dogs all day because her staff let my dog loose so did not trust them so my poor dogs were locked up and they never showed up when they said so bad and the owner of company did not care at all so sad I put in good referral at first for her now horrible will not recommend them at all

After researching various cleaning services, we ultimately decided to go with MB's Cleaning Services after talking to MB herself and reading numerous stellar reviews - Customer service and exceeding expectations were key themes during our our initial discussion and again when we decided to move forward with an initial "deep clean" to be followed by monthly cleanings. After coming home and doing a walkthrough, I was disappointed so much so that I expressed this to Carolyn and sent her pictures of missed areas (attaching a few of the ones that were sent as reference). Additionally the floors still seemed quite dirty, you could see where a cloth was wiped across the cupboards only halfway (if at all) and half the windowsills seemed to be untouched. I have yet to hear back from her or MB since submitting payment. I debated whether or not to leave a review, and maybe expectations were too high, but for a "deep clean" we felt it was anything but that...

I received a call back within an hour of my original call to schedule from Mary Beth herself and was on the schedule for the following week. Received updates in a timely fashion. They were on time, did not waste time getting started on cleaning, and were thorough. We had one minor hiccup, I notified Caroline who was in charge of my job. She promptly responded to and resolved my concern and made my business feel valued. I was referred to MB’s by a family member and will also refer them.

MB’s cleaning services did a move out cleaning for me. Before was a place that is the kind of place cleaners see only in bad dreams. In a few hours they got in there and did there magic. The results were nothing short of incredible. Wish I took before pictures to show the world the before and after comparison but I didn’t . Do yourself a huge favor and give these people a call, I am positive you will be thrilled at amazing results just like me.

I have a house that had been empty for quite a long time. Not wanting to do the clean up myself or the ability to have it done the way I would really like it ( so my wife would be happy ) , I searched on Angie's List and came across MB Cleaners. WHAT A FIND!! Just setting up an appointment on short notice and the communication from the company has been amazing. I know for certain if the work that they do resembles the initial contact and communication upon seeing the site to clean, I will be so so happy. I must say I look forward to seeing the final product! Thanks to MB Cleaning and that means the entire team!!!

I had heard such good things about MB's Cleaning but found myself extremely disappointed with their "deep cleaning," which was expensive and not at all "deep." I got home from work to find floors that were still quite dirty - so that when I sprayed Bona on the floor and wiped it, the rag came out brown (and were still dirty after they came back the next day to try again!), mirrors and glass that were smudged as if they had been wiped down with a dirty cloth and water (not cleaning spray), and overall a gritty feeling on everything. I thought at least the bathroom and kitchen would be very clean, but not so. They use a swiffer-like mop on floors, which seems like it just spreads the dirt around. My kids said one of the cleaners was on the phone for 2 hours and that neither of them were wearing masks. Very disappointing experience. I didn't want to post a bad review but I'm still upset about this 2 weeks after the fact, especially because the owner didn't address my concerns with any sort of apology or excuse.
