I have to say the best cleaning service I have ever experienced. All I asked for was the floors to be washed, detailed and dusting. We have a few dogs, so hard to keep up with. 2 hours later, beds were made countertop wiped down, kitchen appliances polished, Bathrooms detailed and polished. Even the walls and baseboards were cleaned. Even got the dog hair off the couch!! House smells amazing. And it didn't break the bank! Definitely recommend them. And can't wait for them to be back! This was my wife’s and I first house cleaning experience and let me tell you what, we definitely found the right company! When I spoke with Luana’s cleaning she recommended 6 hour cleaning using 2 cleaners because we wanted to get the house to a base level clean and have it “maintenance cleaned” after that. The price was very reasonable. The cleaners arrived on time and we’re able to get the laundry list of items cleaned that my wife and I had written out for them. Best of all, they were done long before they were scheduled to complete the cleaning! I will definitely be referring Luana’s Cleaning and using them again!!!

They are very friendly. Seem to be good people. The bad pert is when I pay for a service I expect it to be done. They would come to my house every 2 weeks for cleaning and always forgot something. They sent a new person out and was horrible. I asked to be put on a once per month cleaning and she tells me I would be put on the schedule when she is available. I don’t recommend them for cleaning. So after I posted this review I received this nasty little text from Luana; “Thank you for you review this won’t change anything in my life just that I was completely right about Don’t want to work for you”. Be careful who you hire to come in your home.

CANCELS LAST MINUTE DOESNT CLEAN YOUR ENTIRE HOUSE WHEN THEY COME HIDDEN FEES We booked with them and they canceled the day before their cleaning. We rebooked a REGULAR cleaning and was charged for a deep cleaning They sent two high schoolers and one adult. These could’ve been minors which is why we asked bc they looked so young. One of the cleaners was there on the job for the first time TRAINING AND DID BOT CLEAN It took 30 minutes for them to fix their vacuum and they charged for a five hour cleaning (one hour 40 min for 3 cleaners) but they only cleaned one hour They did not clean my daughters room at all or the bath shower and vanity of a jack and Jill They told me they would refund 15 dollars and did not. Instead they charged additional fees on top of pricing. I was lied to and told that those were square fees but she has no idea I own a business and square charges the business owner not the customers. There is nothing on their website about fees either. She also insulted me and said “we are in America you pay taxes” when you do the math it was NOT taxes it was fees from square that they rolled into the pricing. I sent a text stating that the cleaners had a bad vacuum and did not clean the full time and she never responded Poor customer service ASK TO SEE THEIR LICENSES AND INSURANCES BEFORE HIRING AND ASK ABOUT SQUARE FEES MAKE SURE YOU DO YOOR HOMEWORK

My husband and I just moved into our house a month and a half ago. We went from 1700 sq ft to 3100 sq ft. We both work 10 hours a day and the last thing we want to do is clean on the weekends we have off. I reached out to several professional cleaning companies and was completely outraged with the prices we were quoted. I called Luana’s and was super impressed. The quote we were given was reasonable and we had our cleaning scheduled within a few days. The day of our cleaning I was so surprised that not one but three people showed up to complete the job! They cleaned my entire house in the matter of a couple of hours. My house looks spectacular and smells fresh again! If I could give them more than five stars I would! So after I saw their work I decided to schedule a monthly cleaning! If you are looking for quality cleaning that doesn’t break the bank then look no further and call Luana’s!

I am very confused how there are so many good reviews. My experience with the company has been awful and emotionally draining. I had asked Luana to clean two houses. Luana asked me about my house sizes and recommended the packages saying they should be enough time to clean. We agreed on the packages for each house and also discussed to add more time if it is not enough for the workers to clean the whole house. I was not able to check the 1st house until a few days after the cleaners were done (I paid the day of although i couldn't check because i decided to trust their ability, largely due to the great google reviews). The job done was subpar but i did not ask her to redo and told her to try to do a better job on the second house. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried to communicate very kindly about the situation. Again, Luana sent me a venmo request after the cleaners were done with the second house. I got to the house to check and it was not cleaned properly. not only there were areas untouched, the details were also not really clean. For example there was still dusty floors and dirty toilet seats. I contact Luana and she said she would come back to clean but would charge me more for the additional time she would spend. While I understand they charge by time, we had gone over the size of my house for her to professionally evaluate the amount of time they would need. Also, after the workers were done, no one contacted me saying they did not have enough time, leaving the impression that the house was done being cleaned. I told Luana I would pay her after they finish cleaning the whole house (which would still be within 24 hours of the original service). She got very very very upset at me and threatened to sue. I tried to reasonably have a conversation with her but it was to no avail. She had determined that we were some sort of bad people (while i tried to be really nice this whole time and had already paid her around $400 at this time for the other house + deposit). It had gotten to the point i actually felt threatened not by her saying "see you in court", but by her attitude. I no longer felt comfortable to continue dealing with her. I ended up paying her the amount she requested because i want to honor the workers' time. But I felt more glad to not have to talk to her again. This has been a truly awful experience and i do not wish it on anyone. I am not sure if the google reviews are untrue or she was just having a bad day and was being selectively mean? Anyways, would not recommend. EDIT: This is not fake. I am using my secondary email because I do not want to expose any more of my personal info. please see pictures of the TWO payments I made (out of FOUR including deposits). It's crazy how defensive people get for reality.

We have two homes, one in Tennessee and one in Arizona. Just before we left last November for Arizona, we hired Luana’s Cleaning Service after the sudden passing of our trusted cleaning lady. Our property has four buildings and a little over 11,000 square feet under roof that includes a main house, guest house, a beautiful barn with a recording studio, and an outdoor kitchen. I researched for someone who was insured, bonded, and had reviews mentioning good quality work and honesty. Luana was that person. When I called, she was very responsive and scheduled a visit the next day as she knew we were trying to leave town. I showed her around the property, our security systems, lock box for keys and of what we needed her to be aware. Amazingly, she was familiar with all our systems and had no problem taking us on as her client. We usually return to Tennessee in April but, this year because of the Pandemic and my husband being in the high risk category, we didn’t return until now August 20, 2020. During the last eight months, I told Luana to make out her own scheduled of what she cleans when as I am not here to see with my own eyes. When we arrived, I was amazed at how clean and polished everything looked; even in the nooks and crannies! We also, have a lot of wood in our home and if someone hasn’t been cleaning regularly, we can tell because the surfaces get very dry; everything was in great shape. She even made a welcome home rose petal design with our toilet paper roles and a design with our hand towels! Luana and her team are as ‘honest as the day is long’! If you are looking for someone with honor and integrity who, cleans very well every time, and will take great care of your things, you should give Luana’s Cleaning Service serious consideration. The 2 delightful women, Ligia and Ivania, who came to clean my house were incredible! They cleaned every surface, every corner, every wall, as well as all floors, vacuumed and mopped. I booked them for a 5 hour time slot. When that was up, they were still cleaning. (Yes, my house was pretty dirty.).
