I called on a Monday and was able to get an appointment for Thursday, which I appreciated. This was a deep cleaning on our new house so there was no furniture (I think probably one of the easier cleaning jobs to handle). I was quoted $475-525 on the phone based on square footage. They arrived late and seemed annoyed when I called saying they had worked late - it would have been nice to at least have a call or text saying they were running late which made me late to work. Once they arrived they were very nice but kept questioning if our house was really the size we said, which I thought was weird. Penny also announced we had way too many windows (more than average which seems weird because larger houses are going to have more windows) and they would have to charge us $200 more to clean the windows. I was shocked and it was very awkward, I felt uncomfortable so after speaking with my husband on the phone, I agreed to pay. I had to leave for work and paid ahead of time which was a big mistake. We came back that evening and I was shocked, bathroom sinks weren't clean, dirty trash cans left on our kitchen counters, microwave wasn't cleaned, windows were dirty. I emailed Penny and she immediately called to come back the next day. They did address the issues but since we have moved in, I have noticed almost all the windows have terrible smudges, they didn't lift up the grates on the stove to clean, they didn't clean under the stove which could be easily reached with a swifter, a cabinet in the laundry room wasn't dusted, underneath the master cabinet wasn't cleaned and I could go on. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - they are overpriced and don't clean properly, it was a total rip off. To compare, I paid a lot less for a nationwide company to clean our rental we were moving out of and they did a much better job - no smudges on windows.

We had an unfortunate situation where a renter quit paying rent then left the house a disgusting mess. Penny and crew were all very delightful and worked so hard (even trying 3-4 different cleaners to get the stains off of shower, tub, and other areas.) They were very detailed. The quote was very reasonable for what they had to do. I felt comfortable with all her crew and would hire them back.

We purchased a home and renovated the whole thing. This included removing almost 1000 square feet of tile, carpet, and popcorn ceilings. Removing the tile adhesive from the concrete slabs made our house the dustiest mess I have ever seen! There was stuff everywhere, and it looked like a construction zone. Patty and her team came in and did a construction clean for us before our hardwood flooring came in and painting took place. Patty had a team of about 6 people cleaning for hours in our home. They cleaned and dusted every nook and cranny of our home. From blinds, windows, flooring, bathrooms, wall and ceiling dusting from all the sanding that took place, and cleaned inside all of our cabinets and appliances. Basically, they made the house livable for us. The team did an amazing job, we would definitely hire them again, worth every penny!

Ever since we moved into our home, it was our first time getting it professionally cleaned. I highly recommend Harris Cleaning Services to others who are looking to get their homes professionally cleaned. After they were done, the house was cleaner than when we first moved in years ago. From the initial walk around with Penny to the cleaning and final review, my wife and I have nothing negative to say and we definitely plan on calling Harris Cleaning Services next time. We are working with Harris Cleaning Services in North Topsail Beach for our vacation rental property. Since April, we have used their cleaning services many times and have been very pleased. The staff are professional, punctual, good listeners and they are eager to do what is requested with usual cleaning and special requests too. They have excellent attention to detail and they take pride in the quality outcome of the finished job. We have mostly worked with Cindy and Penny, however, all the staff has been excellent in their cleaning duties. They are open to feedback and continuous improvement. I have hired Harris Cleaning Services twice. Once to clean out my own house when moving and to clean out a place my daughter lived in. In both cases, I was very happy with the services. The workers came in and started upstairs and worked their way down cleaning ceiling fans, base boards, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchens, oven, refrigerator and so much more. I was very happy and suggest giving this business a call. I must admit, I was a little nervous about it since so many crews promise to show up and don't, but thanks Harris Cleaning....you have not let me down!

I called Harris Cleaning Services at the last minute to help me with cleaning my place that I was moving out of. They came right in a and cleaned my place from top to bottom. Everything from baseboards, cleaning inside of oven and refrigerator. Even helped me to haul some left over trash that was left behind. I hired Harris Cleaning to do a move-out clean of my apartment. While the actual cleaning done was OK (not completely thorough and in some spots had to be re-done after they left), the cleaners broke the handle off the refrigerator door (cracked completely at the screw) during cleaning and did not disclose this to us. I did not check the kitchen since they mopped the kitchen floor prior to leaving. I contacted Harris Cleaning to find out what happened with the handle, and have not received a response almost a week later.

They can in did a deep clean that was a huge undertaking. They have taken a lot of stress off my shoulders by coming ever week and I don't have to go behind them to make sure they do a good job. The owner does a great job of making sure everything is done to a high standard. I have a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom 2800 Sqft house on a farm with lots of animals and dirt. They do a great job making sure I have one less thing to do.

Penny and her assistant were hired by my restoration and repair contractor to provide cleaning services to my home. After repairs were completed due to damage from hurricane Florence. My house was a mess due to repairs. Penny sent confirmation of date and time and they arrived promptly on time. They meticulously cleaned all spackle dust, paint on wood flooring and furniture.
