I was parked outside one of my buildings today for a meeting where I usually park every single day. And a cleaner from Casco Bay came up to my car very rude telling me I had no reason to be parked there. After I told her I park there every single day for work she told me I had “no reason” to be. Questioning me what I do and the buildings I work for. Never in my life I would I think a cleaner from any company would ever have the right to tell anyone they can’t park in a certain place ESPECIALLY if I work there or even be that immature and question me for over 20 mins until I moved my car. I felt so uncomfortable.

First time using a cleaning company. Was a bit hesitant as I wasn't sure how thorough the cleaning would be. Great experience getting a quote and setting up a date. That's where it went downhill. A good amount of crumbs were left on the floor in front of the stove. Fingerprints all over stainless steel appliances. The glass shower door was covered with smudges and streaks. When moving from area to area-the cleaners would drop things on the floor and I have hardwood floors. The condo below me heard everything and wondered what was going on after having a conversation. They used our paper towels and finished the roll-not sure if this is common or not? The stove door was also off the hinges. Won't be using again.

Awesome cleaning company. Wonderful management and staff. They leave every place they touch spotless. I'd give them 10 stars if Google gave me that manyEverything is so clean when they're finished. Everything is handled with care. I highly recommend CASCOBAY Cleaning.

Awesome service! We had a move out to get cleaned up, but we only had one evening to get it accomplished. They were able to get me on their schedule, and were able to wait until 5pm. Everyone was fabulous. Spoke on the phone with a few people. Supervisor met me. At home for the walk through, then stayed until the crew arrived to pass along the plan. I had to leave, but when I got home, the place was immaculate! We had a small mess due to the move, and they were kind enough to stack up what we hadn't packed up yet. Everyone was great, very highly recommended! Thank you for helping our move go so well!
