I wasn't going to leave a review because I have no interest in damaging someone's business. That said, 4 Senses has quite the aggressive "leave us a review!" email campaign following a service so here we are. I had the most depressing experience with 4 Senses. We bought our first house and decided to splurge for a full "move in/out" cleaning service before we moved all of our stuff in. This was quoted at ~$700. A lot of money but you only get one chance to clean an empty house before you move everything in right? When we got back to check on the cleaning I can't even really tell what they did. The job was the quality two college kids would do when they are moving out of an apartment. I'm not even sure they mopped the tile/ linoleum floors. There was obvious cobwebs and dust still around. It was honestly just a really sad moment. We were hoping to walk into this clean house and it was just slightly better than before. To their credit, the owner responded quickly to our complaint and offered to send new cleaners. To be honest, we had such a bad taste in our mouth and were moving in the next day so we just asked for 50% off to be done with it. To their credit again, they did grant this discount. I don't know. I guess we just got the D team? By all accounts and the reviews here they are a legitimate service. The initial booking person and the follow up person to our complaint were nice enough. Again, I didn't really want to leave this review. They seem like nice people. But our experience sucked and when you ask for a review 5 times via email....

Upd. First, they sent a person to fix what wasn't cleaned at the first time. Second, they reimbursed us those 25%. Service was ok. A guy didn't clean under the radiators and there was a lot of dust on carpets' edges left. Today, I was charged 25% than promised. Will call them tomorrow to figure it out.
