Superb guy. Came out in good time, gave us the quote and answered all of our questions. He then completed the job, minimum fuss and went above and beyond to get the job done... super helpful, great service. Cheers Frank. Would highly recommend and will gladly use in the future. Reviews are useful, but I also find that someone who’s been in the same business since mid ‘90s has to be good at their profession. Point proven with this guy.

Furthermore, Frank made recommendations that will prolong the life of my roof then didn't even charge me for the added improvements. In spite of unfortunate weather Frank's crew was pleasant and courteous. I would recommend Reliable Roofing again and again!

Reliable roofing is amazing! Great service, very friendly and helpful. My roof was leaking in Calgary and Frank was willing to come up when I told him no one here would come for days and I had water pouring in the bedroom light. What a lifesaver!

Made arrangements over the phone with the owner to replace old asphalt roof. Said he would get to it within a couple of weeks and simply never showed up. Tried calling half a dozen times over the next few weeks and no answer, very disappointed. More like "Unreliable Roofing"

I'll be honest - Frank (the owner) is an incredibly hard fellow to get hold of. And when you do get lucky enough to catch him, it's hard to keep in contact - phone calls go unanswered, messages unreturned. Understandably, this causes a LOT of frustration - more like UNReliable Roofing. But trust me - Frank is a man of his word (and busy as heck, which speaks to the quality of his work). We had our roof replaced in October 2018 and are thrilled with the results. His whole team was fantastic. This guy knows his stuff - be persistent, you won't be sorry. He is worth the frustration.
