I had dropped my jacket off to dry clean and was told it would take a week. I went to pick it up 10 days later and it was not finished. I received an apology and then went to pick it up a few days later. I paid for the purchase but at no point in time was I told that my toggle button broke and was instead placed in my jacket pocket to discover. I received no discount or compensation. This could have easily been handled more appropriately.

The entrance is not marked well in a shared building. Hint, it's on the right down the stairs. There is a small arrow pointing to the door with no signage. Drop my laundry off and was done the same day. Even washed and folded my laundry bag! Very please with the service.

I took a duvet cover with pillow shams in to be washed and ironed and found the staff to be very friendly, the service was excellent, the price was great and they had my cover and shams done by the next day. I highly recommend JJ's Laundry Service.

When our daughter recently required a week long hospital stay in Cranbrook and my husband and myself quickly ran out of clean clothes. JJ’s Laundry Service quickly came to our rescue by ensuring we had clean clothes ASAP. They were extremely helpful and kind and we were grateful!
