I purchased a new high efficiency furnace. It didn't work for 2 days. They had to come back and finish the job right. Had my furnace serviced recently and again it didn't work for days. Family spent days in the cold (march). When contacted them I perceived my 'problem' was an inconvenience for them. When I asked for details about the accounting on my bill, I feel like there was a significant disparity in the allocation of hours...

My Furnace wasn’t kicking in the night before and my wonderful neighbor came over and said I need a certain part. I called Jackson’s, because they are the ones that installed the furnace. I spoke with a man on the phone that asked me for a code for the unit. He waited on the phone while I looked. I told him I couldn’t see it and he said “ I’m going to Kimberley anyway, so I’ll drop by.” He came into my house and down to the crawl space and returned a minute later. As soon as he shut the door he said “ clearly you didn’t look, the number was right there in the door, you just wasted my time.” Clearly I did look, but not knowing what I was looking for. I said to him “ I never asked you to come out, you offer to come look.” As he was leaving, I mentioned that I had called several different business and had no response. I assumed there would be an emergency contact for situation as this. His rep once was “ we’re not a 24 hour business, would you be open for 24 hours”. Well, I mentioned what are people to do if this occurs... not in a friendly voice “ you have a stove, open the oven door and you also have a gas fireplace use it”! I mentioned my husband was out of town on business and I had know idea how to use it. Because you need to use a lighter to start the pilot light... he’s responce once again... was “ you talk to your husband don’t you”! I called to complain about the rudeness of this man... and when the Owner returned my call... not surprised at all... he was the owner of this business and the man that insulted me in my own home. I felt violated in my own home. I have a daughter staying with me and my new granddaughter, while she flights Cancer. I’m clearly not thinking straight these days... I should have told him... to get the f*^k out and don’t ever return. Instead I stood there in shock and was holding back my tears trying not to cry. I would give this company a big fat (0).

Recently had a furnace upgrade & AC installed. Great quote with options, were able to come 2 weeks or so earlier. Showed up on time when they said they would, worked hard all day, cleaned up after themselves & left us with excellent new Lennox equipment which was fully explained to us, all questions answered. Big thanks to Bruce & his sons Jordan & Ryan, & to their office mgr. All great people.They were highly recommended to us from friends & we're sending out the same.
