I have been waiting almost 5 months for my uniform, have had to work in my own supplied uniforms. Every week when the driver comes in, they say they'll get back to me on an ETA but never do. I called their office and a lady named Tracy said they'd call me back which they never did. Getting pretty ridiculous and frustrating. They also supply our shop with 3 mats in the customer service area which are always soaking wet each week and smell like an old gym bag. Unfortunately we're tied into a yearly contract, otherwise I'd highly recommend going with other suppliers. Horrible service and this is becoming a joke

Canadian Linen has been a long time supplier of our restaurant and wedding venue. We use many of their services including mats, paper dispensers, and first aid - on top of their linen program. Their products are top notch but the great review is for their people. They have been amazing to work with through the pandemic and, of course, now in this chaotic recovery process. Their personnel are all friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Response times are always quick and service is nothing shy of impeccable!

Time is tough right now to get and keep gold star employees. Communication is critical for us front line businesses. When there is an out of stock we need to know when and how long before receiving the product (for us at Smittys its aprons and mops). Andrew has taken the time these last few weeks to communicate with us . PLEASE TELL HIM HOW MUCH WE APPRECIATE IT and him!

Consistently Poor Service, orders are always a mess. Never even met our sales rep in person, despite numerous complaints and calls. Our first interaction was a phone call when we cancelled our service. Could not recommend them to anyone.

I called to inquire about service, and as soon as I mentioned I was self employed they hung up the phone. Apparently this company does not have the time or customer service to speak with the little guys.

If you are going through a temp agency, make sure that what you applied for is actually what you are going to be doing. The management will take advantage of you in any way they can.

This company is actually THE WORST!! They never return calls, the mess up the order all the time, we are always being shorted, the can't seem to keep staff to save their lives and the customer service is absolute garbage. Do yourself a favor and try and find anyone else to take care of your linen needs. If it was possible to give the company zero starts, I would have done so.

Good local company saved us a lot of money compared to our old supplier for the exact same uniforms and better service. Also we are very happy with our new rep Doug he's very good and on time each week so we don't miss deliveries like before when we used another company. Cheers.

We've now been with Canadian Linen for 1 year, overall I'm very pleased with the service. Drivers are very helpful and on time, products are visibly much cleaner than other past services we had. I really like the shrink wrapped hand towels we get, very hygenic. 5 stars all around! Thank you.

This company is awful and practices fraudulent behaviours. Steer clear!!!!! The will rip you off continuously and like other comments, it is extremely hard to get a hold of anyone.

It has come to this.(posting a review on google) Maybe going this route will get someone to contact me. I have left my business cards with two different drivers for someone from Dartmouth office to contact me. I have left a messages but no reply. Service is poor, Repairs are poor, Missing items.

Very poor customer service, if you make the mistake of signing a contract, they put the price up 5% every year .When we tried to talk to some about it we got no return calls, even when told we were quoted half as much as they were charging us. When we went with the competition they charged us over $12,000.00 for breach of contract and then gave it to a collection agency.This is after doing business with them for over 5 years

Our service has been cancelled for months and today I get another bill for $755.12. I call them and the answer I get is "Oh yes, I see you owe us money, but I really can't explain it, it's kind of confusing" So now I wait for a call back from someone who knows what's going on...

I will echo other comments about this company. They will not respond to email requests and it’s difficult to get anybody to answer at their office. I would consider looking at other alternatives before dealing with them.

Worse service ever.Most of the time they never showed up to change the mats.When they did show up the mats were wet and smelled musty.They would change the mats and only change some of them saying they didn’t have the rest.Our mats were on a weekly service.Also the price increased even though we were on a 2 year signed contract. If anyone uses this company you will certainly be disappointed
