They go the extra mile, even letting my son 'help' them clean even though it took them a little longer. They also made us aware that the seals on our windows were gone and we were able to switch them out with the supplier while still in warranty which saved us a lot of money in the long run. It is a very tall A frame type window setup ( not an easy clean at all! ) and we always arrive there to clean windows after booking with them. Toby and Heath are incredible, they go above and beyond, doing a fabulous job of our windows inside and out and once a year we have them polish all of our cabinets too. They are super friendly, they even have personal attachments to our pets and are very accomodating with special requests and making appointments. What a wonderful day it was when I found Best Way Window Cleaning and better yet, Toby & Heath. I had tried to engage another window cleaning business but after 2 "no shows" and not even a phone call to explain, I went looking for an alternative. I think an angel was watching out for us. Our windows have never looked better, they sparkle. I honestly thought I was in the wrong house. Toby & Heath ended up doing more than what they quoted for, offered to help change a bulb in our yard light, cuddled with our new puppy and spent time talking and interacting with my hubby who has Alzheimer's and still finished the job in a timely manner. Their communication with us throughout the quote and cleaning time was wonderful. They are an all round lovely couple who still know how to do a great job and provide excellent customer service.

Second time I have used Best way window cleaning in 3 years. Last year we had a new picture window installed. When Heath was done he said he was going to give outside picture window another cleaning as he saw some marks that he thought were inside but were not. (The window is high up)when he went to clean he discovered it was the E film between the glass that was peeling. Now under warranty we are getting it replaced. Good job Heath
