Excellent work and customer service. The black water tank in our motorhome was clogged and we needed it fixed before arriving at our next destination. Even though owner, Rob Stuve, was busy he was able to meet us that same day and clear out our tank very quickly. We were pleasantly surprised with how reasonable the cost their service was. We highly recommend Roto Rooter of Comox Valley!

Josh came and quickly and professionally cleaned out a blocked sink drain, replaced a pipe that was not to code and found a small crack in another pipe. He quickly replaced that too. They answer their phone, they call you back when they say they will and they show up on time. Friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you Roto Rooter, you are appreciated.

My laundry room sink drain was old and leaking. I bought parts and tried to fix it but it was just too cramped under the sinks for a 75 year old guy with bad knees so I called Roto Rooter. Jason came by and had everything working and leak tested in less than an hour. Roto Rooter have become my go to plumbers and they have always treated me very fairly. They are fast, efficient and reasonable. I have nothing but good things to say about them!

Very happy with Roto Rooter, and especially with Jason. When a gas fitter was in our crawl space for another job, he remarked that he saw that our water heater leaking. Oh oh! Of course I never noticed... hardly ever go down there. Called a plumber (Plumber #1) to come for an estimate. Plumber #1 went through many related problems: tough to get the old heater out, might need two strong men to assist, will have to remove the central vac unit to get by -- a long tale of woe. He called back later that he could not line up two strong men for a while and maybe we should go elsewhere. FINE! Saw at their web site that RR does hot water heaters... didn't know that before. So called. Jason came out the following morning and looked it over. Will have to lay down cardboard to protect wood floors, but other than that "no problem" he said and gave a quote. Quote looked better than one from Plumber #1, so called to accept the estimate and Jason was available the following morning. He showed up on time next day with our brand new water heater (and treats for our dog). Laid down cardboard and got on with things. Two hours later the job was done.... and without the side-issue warnings of Plumber #1. And Jason did it all himself. Jason also came out a couple of months back for a leaking toilet. Did a great job there too. We are very happy with Roto Rooter and will call next time we have a plumbing issue.

Joan in the office was friendly, quick to respond, she even took the time to respond to personal comments in my email (example: taking my puppy for a walk on a beautiful sunny day and her response was enthusiastic for our activity instead of just acknowledging receipt of our email). Jason our plumber provided great quality workmanship and the service was amazing. He was punctual, hard working, friendly, and knowledgable. He changed our entire house from Poly B to Pex pipes, created a new whole system water shut off in a much more convenient location, and fixed some other minor issues around our home. He was enthusiastic about his work and also excited when he found we were fellow cyclists. He gave us great suggestions for safe and enjoyable rides in the area (and beyond), shared with us a few of his favourites, and suggested a good bike shop to visit when we need service.

I called Roto Rooter to have my perimeter drain assessed and scoped for possible blockages. They came the next day and scoped the whole perimeter system, cleared a couple of small blockages and took the time to educate me on how to maintain the lines and manage them going forward. I can't say enough on how much I appreciated the work and education they put in with me. The cost for their services was surprisingly cheap in my opinion. I trust them and will recommend them to everybody I can. Thank you.
