Excellent! Within 24 hours of phoning I had nice new looking carpets again! Amazing service, super friendly and helpful, very professional and excellent results. Not a bad word to say. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or recommend them. Good advise, removed some tough stains, and was great moving furniture. A well run business that deserves a lot of success. Thank you!

I've had Nathan clean carpets for me a few times and I'm always impressed. Floors are dry quickly and his work quality is excellent. He cleaned my carpets a couple weeks ago and a pesky but cute visitor dog peed on the fresh cleaned carpet. Called Nathan and he stopped by later the same day and made that stain disappear. I was very impressed with Nathan! Our old-ish and grubby carpets now look fresh and clean again. This may not be the cheapest quote you get, but it's worth paying a bit more to get really good service, and Nathan does an excellent and very thorough job. Recommended.

Nathan did a great job cleaning our partially silk persian carpet after a pet had an accident on it. I took it to his shop as it was a stat holiday and he happened to be in. We discussed the difficulties of an older carpet with silk in detail before I left it with him. Cleaning was completed in less than three days and the rug looks fine. Top notch service. We were scheduled to move into a house on Saturday and arrived on a Friday night to the stinkiest, most horrible carpets that we had been assured were cleaned. I called Nathan at 8 am and he transformed the place while we started to move in. He worked all day Saturday and had our bedrooms all ready to move into so we could sleep in them that night. I was convinced that we would have to tear the carpet on the stairs out because they were so discoloured and stinky. He went over them four times and when he left the carpet looked almost new. I can't say enough about his work. He also worked in our RV. It had gotten damp over the winter. The products he used got rid of all of that.

I hired this company to clean the carpets in my three bedroom home, Our carpets are done twice a year ,How ever our regular carpet cleaner , was not available. no extreme stains, no carpet in living room, three bedroom with carpet, family room and twelve stairs with a small office, the job was done well, except a planter was broken outside from the hose, over all a great job, How ever $700. plus dollars to me seems rather excessive, if i'm wrong I apologize, I felt like the bill was his way of saying don't call again, So i should have got a quote first, i would recommend getting a quote first . Just saying

These guys did a great job cleaning a large wool rug that we had. The rug was about 10 years old and never been cleaned but now looks like new. They came to pick up and then drop off when clean and dry. Costs were reasonable and we would recommend them to anyone.

Nathan did an amazing job cleaning my carpets, I thought they looked fairly clean before he started but wanted them professionally done after a tenant moved out, and I couldn't believe what he pulled out of them even after I had vacuumed a few times!
