These guys are awesome. Russ was very helpful from the get go, giving us lots of good information about the best ways to keep our new house in great shape - preventive measures and cleaning that would allow us to avoid costly replacement work down the road. We started with getting our blocked gutters cleaned and unblocked, where Tony and Russ did an excellent job getting them all blasted out. Then we got them back to clean the outsides of the gutters, clean windows and trim, clean our back patio with their rotary washer, paint our trim around our windows on our second level, and spray our roof to kill and prevent moss. Every job was done carefully and efficiently. I don't know if they normally do painting but we had such a good experience with everything else that I got them to do that as well. And along with a great paint job, Russ went around and re-sealed some parts of the trim and parts of the windows that needed it. He has a strong drive to do everything right, as well as to go above and beyond. As I mentioned, along with doing a great job, he has lots of great advice for maintaining your house, as well as ideas for our backyard, and other useful thoughts. You get more than you pay for with these guys. I would highly recommend them and I know who we'll be talking to next time we need anything done with our roof or gutters (among other things)! Highly recommend this local company! Russ thoroughly evaluates what you need and gives a quote that he sticks by. He and Tony are on time and work hard to make their customers happy. I wish I had before and after pics of our property...the difference was amazing and well worth the price. The moss removal alone was unbelievable. We also had the whole house, driveways and walkways pressure washed, wi does washed and eavestroughs cleaned out and could not believe the improvement. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Highly recommend! Russel and Tony did a wonderful job on my home. I had ALOT of moss on my roof which they removed and sprayed plus cleaned siding, windows and pressure washed the driveway and patio. I like Graham chose F & S window cleaning and maintenance because of the many positive reviews and I am very happy I did. I called them one day and had a quote almost immediately and they did the work two days later. All in all a very good value for the work done. They were punctual and extremely professional. They did a superior job on my windows inside and out, cleaned my gutters and power washed my driveway, walkway and back patio, all of which were in bad shape. They even cleaned the sidewalk in front of my house. Both Tony and Russell were extremely friendly and hard working and I will definitely hire them again and would not think twice about recommending them to my neighbours.

We hired F&S for our spring cleaning and they beat our high expectations. Our house looks new again and we couldn't be happier. I have a large concrete driveway, pathways and back deck that needed power washing. I chose F and S Window Cleaning and Maintenance because of the positive Google reviews the company had. I'm so glad that I made that choice. Russell did a fantastic job on the concrete but even went beyond that by also cleaning parts of the house and fence as he went on with his work. We hired F&S to remove the moss from our driveway, wash all the windows and siding on the house (it badly needed doing) and clean some moss from the roof. Russell and Tony are super-nice people, they worked all day and did a great job, including the final clear-up. The house looks new again. I had house-siding, windows and the concrete area in front of my house washed. Tony did a very good job. He was professional and efficient. Cleanup was thorough. I was especially impressed with the fact that he even used his leaf-blower to clear the debris off my (longish) driveway. A nice touch. I certainly recommend this business and will use it again.
