Abode took the time to get to know our home, cleaning needs and budget, and has created a cleaning schedule that works for us. At times we’ve needed to cancel a cleaning, or change the routine and we’ve never had a hassle in doing so- in fact we’ve always found Abode’s customer service to be top notch. The only time we weren’t completely happy with a cleaning they came back and took care of it immediately. I really appreciate their honesty and transparency. I would highly recommend Abode and have done so to many of my friends who, like me, work full time, don’t want to spend all of their free time cleaning their homes, and are looking for a high quality, reliable and good value solution. Must of phoned 5 times over a 2 month period to get a quote on exterior house washing . When I finally got one, I was told it would be done in 2 weeks. 5 weeks later not a word from them. I finally phone to cancel. All they had for me was excuses for not advising me. Do not use this service, they don’t care about customers.

Bought an old home outside comox, it had to be super cleaned for my wife's health issue. Laura and crew showed up on time and did an outstanding cleaning job. Their cleaning products were all natural which we really appreciated. We very highly recommend abode.

Prompt with appointment schedule and decent communication. The cleaning was not good at all. Got charged 7 hours to clean a empty 1200 sqft house. And they did not clean floors well and did not even wipe out the kitchen drawers. Was originally charged for 6 hours they gave me 10 percent off for me being not happy with the clean. Then charged me 7 hours and took 10 percent off. Will not go back.

I use the shampoo bars, the dish liquid, the laundry liquid and natural cleaners. I no longer get headaches from synthetic fragrances and the products are so pleasant and work really well! I love that everything is natural and can be refilled

I've got the citrus solution degreasing cleaner, and I love it! It smells amazing, and I only need a small amount to clean my kitchen. I've got the dish soap mixed with essential oil. I have to used a bit more than the regular dish soaps, but I like the smell and I love the fact that I don't end up with dry hands. The owner of the business is a wonderful lady. She is willing to spend time with you to show you her products and teach you about them. She will always suggest what fits your needs the best.

They do a terrible job cleaning. When they are made aware of it, they don't even offer to refund part of the cost of cleaning, nor do they offer a discount on your next cleaning. Just the same old song saying they are sorry they didn't meet your expectations, but really, they don't care and just want your money. Find someone else to do your cleaning.
