Had issues with our Gas Hot Water Tank this morning and found "The Water Heater Guy" with google search. Answered my call promptly, and arrived this afternoon at agreed upon time of 1:30. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Discussed our options for repairs / replacement. We decided to replace our tank as over 20 years old. Dylan was able to remove and then install the new tank. From initial inspection to completion of installation took less than 4 hours. Thanks so much. I certainly will recommend your services to anyone that needs service/replacement of their hot water tanks.

I originally gave Dylan a 1 star review after I was really put off by his driving but after his reply was posted, I called him to talk it out. I got turned around, lost on the highway and was trying to find somewhere to stop and figure out where I was but nervous with him right behind me. In fairness, I was driving slow but not intentionally to make him angry. He was friendly on the phone, acknowledged where things could have been done better and apologized wanting to make it right. Perfect example of someone who can take a bad situation and completely turn it around. He demonstrated he cares about his company and reputation, turning a 1 star to a 5, something few people can do. Thanks for your understanding Dylan, you've demonstrated to me you are a true professional. Stay cool!

I had Dylan in today to replace an old natural gas hot water tank with a new power vented tank. He ran a new vent out through the side of the house and made sure everything was tucked away nicely. He is extremely professional and went out of his way to reply to any of my emails even off business hours. He even fixed a leaking pipe he had noticed at no extra charge. Highly recommend his work, you will not be disappointed.

I called Dylan on a Saturday morning as I realized my hot water tank wasn’t working and it was beyond the scope of repair I am able to do myself. He answered promptly and showed up very quickly for a weekend. He wasn’t able to fix the issue that day as a replacement part was needed, but he was able to get it ordered and installed by Tuesday. He was very professional with his work. Would recommend Dylan for anyone who has water heater issues.

Gas Hot water tank was not working and they replaced the vacuum switch but that didn’t work. Told me it was a backdraft issue on an electric blower exhaust system and i should go buy a screen for the exhaust pipe. Left it as that, never repaired my problem but charged for the service call. Give 3 stars for effort and promptness but won’t call The water heater guy again to service my hot water tank. I then called Marc Viau who actually know what they are doing, found fixed my problem in 30 seconds.

Welp, I get why every single review is 5 stars! My hot water (on the coldest day of the year) was on the fritz. Dylan showed up RIGHT AWAY, did what he could do, went out to get supplies, came back and went to work. Unfortunately after all that, I still had to get a plumber. Sigh. Dylan contacted my plumber and explained what he thought the issue was. On top of everything, he would NOT accept payment! Guess who will be the guy I call next time I have an issue? Thank you Dylan. Dylan did a great job! I would highly suggest you give him a call if you have been paying a rental fee for many years for your hot water tank, the fees are are way too high! In my case it was over $500 dollars! Feels great to no longer have a rental fee of over $500 dollars a year! I had my tank for over 17 years you do the math! this guy is very professional and went up and Beyond what I would have ever expected!

My electric hot water tank was not heating properly, and I thought I needed a new tank. I called "The Water Heater Guy", and Dylan came to my house the same day. He diagnosed the problem almost immediately, and was able to fix it within a couple of hours, saving me the much larger expense of a new tank.
