I love my team of Molly Maids! They are friendly, always cheerful and do an excellent job of cleaning my house every second week. I have had my fair share of house cleaners and Carol and Carole (my maids) are by far the best I have ever had. They have an eye for details and have always left my house just the way I want it cleaned!

I bought a gift card for my parents on Christmas 2020. It's now July 2021 and they have not returned calls to set up initial meeting for services or scheduling. I have contacted the person listed as the manager as well as the 1800 number with no call backs. Now trying to initiate a refund, but will have to jump through a lot of hoops. Never using Molly Maid again.

So grateful to the lovely ladies-- who relieved me of the burden of cleaning my home. They were thorough, speedy (1 1/2 hours) and left it looking and feeling sparkling clean--as noted by my daughter in law when she visited that evening. I look forward to their next visit.
