We signed a contract with Mark to paint the exterior of our house and to also re-level our existing deck and then install new deck planks. Both projects were completed on time (taking into consideration the weather instability!) and we are extremely satisfied with the work that he did for us. Mark is thorough, honest, meticulous, does not take short cuts and above all, listens to what the client is asking for. As the projects progressed, Mark would also take the time to explain what and why something needed to be done so we felt very reassured from the start that we would not be disappointed when the work was complete. We hired Mark to replace a botched job by fly-by-night roofer whose work resulted in more leaks after the new roof was installed. Mark diagnosed the problem, explained how the work should have been carried out, what materials should have been used, and sent me a quote that he stood by. He even followed up with a call to confirm that his job resulted in no leaks. He does excellent work and stands by it.
