They put in our window wells 3 years ago. Hard to get a hold of after the job was completed. Finally came by after a lot of calls and emails. 3 years later we had an issue with one of the wells. 3 phone calls and several emails they never got back to us. Called another professional and they came and fixed what they made a mess of. I do not recommend them at all. No customer service at all and the job that they did 3 years ago did not hold up. I’m definitely want my money back.

We have had an absolute nightmare of an experience with Londondale. We have been dealing with them for two YEARS trying to get our chimney to stop leaking. They have recommended all sorts of work to be done which hasn’t fixed the problem, and they have frequently had to come back to fix work they have done poorly or not done at all (after charging us and saying it was done). It takes multiple calls to get anyone to get back to you, and they never show up when they say they will. We are now out thousands of dollars and Londondale refuses to refund us for any of the subpar work they have done. Our chimney is leaking worse now than it was before we called them. We are dealing with another company now who is absolutely shocked at the standard of the work that Londondale did on our house. Londondale claims their work is guaranteed, but the only guarantee is an endless headache and wasted money when dealing with them.

I'll preface the review by saying that I work as a construction manager so I deal with many contractors on a daily basis. Maybe Londondale do great work but I didn't get to find out as their complete lack of professionalism and rude conduct made me not want to do business with them. I have never in my life had a more ridiculous interaction with a contractor than the one I had today. My wife arranged an appointment with them to make some foundation repairs and do some parging and when the day arrived nobody showed up or bothered to call. We followed up and were told they can't do the work in the rain - not a big deal, we can certainly understand a situation like that being out of their control. The issue was the lack of respect for our time. We both had made sure to be home and they couldn't be bothered to make a phone call to let us know of the change. My wife decided to give them another chance and reschedule for 10/23. By 10am no one had arrived and, given their previous no-show, I decided to follow up. After a bit of phone tag I got a man on the phone whom I assume was the owner. He was quite rude and when I expressed that we didn't appreciate the lack of communication he began to yell at me. I asked, "Really? You're going to yell at me?" and he just continued on yelling. At that point I informed him to call his worker on site and tell him to leave my property. He hung up on me and then called me back 30 seconds later only to yell "you're going to pay for the work he did already!" and hang up on me again. So that's my experience with Londondale. As I said, they could be great masons for all I know but we never got to that point because they can't seem to handle simple business tasks like scheduling appointments, communicating changes to customers, and speaking politely. There are lots of other contractors out there - give your business to someone who can conduct themselves like a professional.
